does lemon jucie and water make you lose weight with exercise?

stinger428

also does jumping on the trampoline help to

Answer
Lemon juice and water does not really make you lose weight, but the water will make it easier. And jumping on the trampoline will help.

Weight loss is an overall process and there are no magic answers. Pay no attention to weight loss supplements and pills and all the latest fads. You need to think about many factors but most of them are related to issues we've known about for a very long time. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.

Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.

Make a few additional small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.

Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can't get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one.

In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy.

Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don't. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies.

Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day.

Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.

Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body.

Vary your routines. Don't eat the same number of calories every day (vary your calories from 1400 a day to 1900 or 2000 some days), eat a variety of foods, and do different kinds and amounts of exercise. You will lose weight much more efficiently if you mix things up from time to time so that your body doesn't adjust to any one routine.

An area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. You are much more likely to overeat or to binge eat if you are tired and not well rested, so get enough sleep.

What is the best water trampoline? 10 points for best answer!?

gymnast

my family is buying a house on a lake and i have always dreamed of having a water trampoline. My birthday is in july and i was hoping to use this to my advantage. I am a competitive gymnast and i need the most jumping room for under $400. i would prefer a new one but i know that is hard with my price range. 8 feet of the actual trampoline part will not be enough for me. My dad is hard to convince he needs to have lots of research to even think of buying one. To maximize my chances of actually getting one i need to do a ton of research so he doesn't have to, so please add links. Thank you for your help!

Answer
The following is a list of many of the frequently asked questions about water trampolines.

Q: What is the difference between a water trampoline and a water bouncer?

A: A water trampoline and a water bouncer have a few distinct differences. Water bouncers tend to be smaller, less expensive and also do not produce as high of jumps. This is because water bouncers have netting that is attached directly to the inflation tube whereas water trampolineâs netting is attached by springs to a frame which allows for higher bouncing and can support heavier weight loads.

Q: How do you inflate a water trampoline or bounce platform?

A: The most common method for inflation is using a shop vacuum as they have a high air flow rates. The shop vac should attach to the adapter that comes with most water trampolines, water bouncers and accessories. There are also pumps available for inflation of your water trampoline of choice. We do NOT recommend using an air compressor to inflate your water trampoline as over inflation can damage the tube.

Q: What type of warranty comes with water trampolines?

A: The warranty differs depending on which brand of water trampoline you choose. Most brands come with at least a one year warranty as long as the product has not been used for commercial purposes. We suggest you check with the bradnâs home webpage to find out the specific warranty.

Q: How much and how long does it take to ship a water trampoline?

A: Right now we are offering free shipping on all water trampolines. Shipping will take approximately 7-10 business days. For more information on this check out our shipping page located at the bottom of our homepage.

Q: Do all Rave products need to be anchored and if so how?

A: Water bouncers and water trampolines do need to be anchored. The smaller water bouncers should be anchored with a simple D-ring anchor or a weight over 20 pounds will suffice. Water trampolines require a weight of over 60 pounds and bell anchors are recommended. Additional information is provided in the ownerâs manual that is provided with your purchase.

Q: Should bouncers wear life vests?

A: Yes, safety is key in enjoying any water trampoline or water bouncer. No matter how deep the water is life vests should be worn at all times.

Q: Where is the form for the free attachment located on your site?

A: There is a link to the form for a free attachment located on the homepage of the website in the top right corner.

Q: Can water trampolines be left out in the water?

A: Most people leave water trampolines out for an entire season and take them out during the colder months. Two things to consider are local regulations about anchoring in your area and the wind speeds around your area. Water trampolines or other products should not be anchored in the water during wind speeds exceeding 15 miles per hour.

Q: Are water trampolines repairable or patchable?

A: Most product come with a repair kit and instructions on how to patch up holes. The kit contains adhesive and extra piece of fabric along with a comprehensive instruction manual. Other parts may need to be replaced in time such as springs or the jump surface.

Q: Can water trampolines be used on land?

A: Yes, but only on grassy even surfaces. it should not but used on gravel or rocks. A water trampoline will not have the bouncing abilities of a land trampoline because it is meant to be used in the water and the tube will absorb most of the energy.

Q: How deep should the water be when using a water trampoline?

A: A water trampoline or water bouncer should never be used in less than six feet of water in order to prevent any injuries.

Q: How long is total set up time?

A: Total set up time ranges depending on which product you purchase. Water bouncers require only inflation which typically takes a maximum of thirty minutes while water trampolines can take a bit longer because the assembly of the fame and jumping surface is required.

I have provided a link to a plethora of information on water-trampolines and bouncers.

Outdoor epic summer water party with no pool ideazz?

Kaleigh

Summer party. No pool.VERY competitive kids coming.Games MUST involve getting wet or soaked.Water balloons good? need games that will be intense and will have people talking about the party the whole week.I have no pool but a trampoline and a volleyball net.
PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP! I LOVE U IF U CAN HELP

Answer
Get your trampoline wet and jump aroud YOU JUMP SUPER HIGH . then u can play some volley ball i think you should rent a dunk tank from a web sight or a HUGE slippin slide those are super fun. Then got lots of water guns and games that involve wet from target or something. I have this thing where you put a water ballon in the ball ting pass it around then all of a sudden it pops and who ever has it gets splashed. Maybe with the Water guns you can get chairs and garbage cans and tjhings like that to hide behind then you can get water ballons and have a water gun and balloon war.

outside toys do you have?

Sexy Ma

what outside toys do you have for your kids in your yard? I have a little tykes climber with slide attached, a big little tykes slide, an angel fish rocker, coupe car, power wheels jeep, a trampoline, 2 kiddie pools and a 9ft inflatable waterslide

Answer
We have two kids (3 and 7) and a yard full of neighborhood kids in the spring/summer.

We have a swing set, a seesaw, two inflatable bouncers (because the 1st one broke and the co. sent us a new one. We then patched the 1sst one) We have a barbie jeep and a hot wheels jeep. We have a couple of bins of balls and smaller outside toys. We have a soccer net for my daughter. We also have a slip and slide and an inflatable pool. We're pretty much set outside because we spend MUCH of our time out there in the summer.

Sweet 16 In the winter, Carnival theme?

Me :)

My 16th birthday is in December, so I was thinking about renting out our community center to have it at. What I need to know is what kind of things I should have at the carnival party (games, music, dancing?, etc.) And around how much it would cost. I have a small budget, and I live in a VERY small town, so ther won't be a whole lot of people, but I want it to be fun and cool....
If the carnival theme isn't what you think I should do, PLEASE tell me other themes and what I should have.
Thanks!!!!

Answer
You should add a trampoline and inflatable bouncer house. That would make you party seem more fun and carnival like. Make sure you have enough food and drinks for everyone and really good music playing the whole day. Hope this helps. Happy Birthday.

Attaching a 14foot trampoline to a home made raft.?

adam gumie

Okay, so last fall I brought a trampoline for a steal, and I can get plastic rain barrels cheep too. I am a smart guy, and I know this is absolutely possible, but what I want to know is how dangerous do you think it is? And are there laws agents a contraption like this? I've been all over the Internet today and can't find one person that has ever done this. Would I be the first? I find it really hard to beleave this hasn't been tried before. Seeing as a 14 foot water trampoline costs like two grand and this could be put together for prob. Less than $200.

Answer
Water trampolines are generally big inner tubes with a soft mesh strapped across them. This way they won't have metal materials on them. Metal would rust out or run the risk of cutting someone jumping on it. Putting a regular trampoline with all of it's metal springs out on the water seems like a tremendously STUPID idea.

Bear in mind the insurance risks if someone else got injured on something you put together and made available. The costs of a lawsuit would be ENORMOUS if someone got hurt or killed.

Trampoline springs left in a bucket of water throughout winter?

Gilly

We take down the trampoline every winter and my dad forgot to put the bucket of springs back to the shed. They were left outside and it rained so it was covered with water. They're not still usable right? How much will it cost to replace all the springs? :\

Answer
=== idf you could just soak the rust off the springs with gasoline and try the springs you may discover that those springs are still usable .... otherwise,,,, get the manufacturer name and email them and ask for the closest place to purchase or get them new springs shipped to you

I Need Help With My 2 Year Old Ive Tryed Everything!!?

i have a 2 year old son that just doesn't seem to listen to me at all and rarely listens to his father ive tryed going at it with a positive approach n talking to him nicely and he doesnt listen unless i yell and sometimes that doesnt even work and i dont like yelling at him all the time ive tryed time outs but he entertains him self and when he gets out of them hes gets right back to what hes doing ive tryed taps on the bum when he does something really bad with time outs and talking to him and telling him what he did wrong over and over again and he still seems to do it and hes turning into a safety hazard for example hes been in trouble several times from turning on the stove and placing objects on the burner and ive tryed explaining to him what will happen ive even tryed showing him what will happen on movies and stuff and he still does it and theres alot more things he does and ive tryed everything but take his favorite toy away and in order to do that i have to take all him toys away cause he doesnt have a favorite one and when hes bored hes gets into way more mischieve some one please give me something unusual that i havent tryed that may work

Answer
He sounds like a smart little boy who is getting into mischief as a way to entertain himself. He may not even be 'trying' to be defiant or naughty but, keeps getting into trouble because he's curious about how things work and he's possibly bored. A lot of the higher-energy toddlers also tend to be more impulsive for a while too. He will out-grow most of it in the next year or so, so hang in there.
Try and find more ways to keep him active. Are you part of a regular play group? Most areas offer things like toddler gymnastics, basic mommy and me swim lessons or library story times etc. Make sure you try to get out of the house every day even if it's a trip to the park or the library or just for a walk. Do things together likePlay-doughh, paint, bubbles, puzzles, or small little crafts when you see he's starting to get bored. Have him 'help' you whenever possible.
As far as safety hazard types of issues, some of the really high-energy/active toddlers NEED a higher degree of baby-proofing because they are impulsive. You can purchase online some types of guards that will block his access to the burners or you can take the nobs right off the stove and only put them on when you use it. I'm pretty sure I've also seen guards or covers that are made for those as well. Look for ways to prevent him from getting into trouble and life will be easier for both of you.
Also, look for toys that give him a way to burn off some of his energy like a 'Sit N' Spin' or small trampoline, or inflatable bounce toy, ball-pits, play-tents and tunnels. Even a large cardboard box with holes or a door cut out for him to go into and out of will probably be a big hit with him if he's high-energy (like my kids!) and will entertain him longer.
As far as discipline, don't give up! My son was very similar at two as what you are describing and I was scared he would never learn to be less impulsive or to behave and he did! Just be consistent with time-outs EVERY time even if it seems like it's not working, because it is! Finally, as my son turned 3 I would see him stop and -think- about what he was about to do. Before he grabbed the dog one day he looked at me and said "That's naughty isn't it? I don't like time-out" and then he walked away lol! He was finally learning self-control. Your son will get there too, just hang in there and good luck!

So, i'm making a "summer list" would you like to add to it?

Meee

Its a list of random things to do over the summer so it stays interesting. Put the most random thing you can imagine (but that i'd actually be able to do... i'm only 14).

1. Paint my room
2. Buy guy clothes and make them girl clothes/
3. Buy red shorts
4. Do a headstand at the beach.
5. Go to mall in clashing shorts and shirt, 2 different shoes, and glasses on, saying hi to everyone you pass.(i swear my friends hate me)
6. Paint nails neon color
7. Write a song
8. Dye hair

etc.... If I can do it, I will. :) It's like a promise I made to myself. :P
I can't really get a job... :( Theres only like 2 places that hire at 14. And they aren't hiring. So believe me, if I could get one, i would! lol
I actually will jump off a bridge... Theres a small bridge near my house that i can jump off... lmao

Answer

Answer
Volunteer to pet sit, water plants when neighbors are out of town, have a lemonade sale, give away old clothes to stores that will give you money for the clothes.
