What are good date ideas for new couples?

AutumnK

My friend and I are trying to think of good date ideas for her and her new boyfriend, but she doesn't like the idea of bowling, picnic, mall, he doesn't like rollerskating, and she doesn't want to go to the movies again. Please give any ideas you can think of for teenage newly dating couples.

Answer
Wash car -gets you both in bathing suits and will make your parents happy ( a water fight will break out!)
Picnic in the park
playground
play tennis or racquetball
Arcade
see if a neighbor or friend has a pool or ping pong table
go swimming or wading in a creek
historical sites, some are free
museums or zoo
play or musical at local theatre building
ice skating/ roller skating rink
hiking
rollerblading or bike ride
water tubing
trampoline
play basketball at an elementary school
walk dogs
go to movies
bowling
putt-putt or driving range
live music
ice cream
shopping/thrifting can be really fun
fishing
make a meal together
local sporting event
fly kites
play with chalk or bubbles
play with sprinkler
local waterfalls
concert
board games
video games
climb trees
pillow fight
local skate park or water park
if a neighbor or friend has a gold kart etc

What are some fun things to do with your boyfriend?

.

My boyfriend and I never know what to do (besides the intimate stuff). We go for walks in local nature preserves, but he gets bored of that. I don't like going to the movies all that much. Both of us don't have much money, so nothing that costs a lot. We're only 17, so that knocks out some activities as well.
Thanks in advance.

bounce away trampolines?

blondie Xx

aaahh. im looking for a new trampoline but i dont want it to reck the grass n i need it to be bouncy to practice gymnastics on does anyone know about bounce away trampolines are they good where can you get them from e.c.t

Answer
Here is a video that might help. They look pretty neat.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dcs9ryLAiBw

You can buy one here:
http://www.diy.com/diy/jsp/bq/nav.jsp?action=detail&fh_oneslice=true&fh_eds=%3F&fh_reffacet=categories&fh_location=%2F%2Fcatalog01%2Fen_GB%2Fcategories%3C%7B9372012%7D%2Fcategories%3C%7B9372022%7D%2Fcategories%3C%7B9372072%7D&fh_refview=summary&fh_refpath=facet_159016185&fh_secondid=11237509

They appear to be made in the UK, so I doubt it would be cost effective to get one to the states. But I sent them an email to see if they have any distributors in the USA.

You could also maybe get one of those water trampolines or bouncers. Then you could inflate it. You won't get as much bounce as a real aluminum frame trampoline, but you could deflate it and pack it up when you are done. Maybe that would work? Something like this:
http://stores.channeladvisor.com/Bargain-Sports/Store/Search.aspx?sck=9874906&Page=1&Sort=5&key=water%20trampoline

Those trampolines are a bit more usually, but would be cool to have if you have a big pool or a lake you could use it in too.

Answer
Here are a few ideas

â¢Highlighter/Blacklight Partyâ¢Glow Party

â¢Under the Stars
â¢Mardis Gras
â¢Dress to Impress
â¢Diamonds and Denim
â¢Masquerade the Night Away
â¢Red Carpet
â¢Hollywood
â¢Chocolate Party
â¢Luau
â¢Jocks and Cheerleader Party
â¢Party LIke a Rockstar

Dance Party: This is by far the most popular party theme. It's the most popular for a reason, if you find the right entertainment it can be the most fun of all the different party types. Think about your school dances, many schools only have two per year of which you may only be allowed to attend one! But everywhere you look you see other people having dances on TV or in movies. Dances allow you to throw your own party just like an adult where you can have a blast with all of your closest friends. If you find a DJ who specializes in sweet sixteen's with lights, games and contests you (or your parents) don't have to worry about anything except showing up, picking out the right music and having a blast with all of your friends! The right DJ should make sure everyone is involved and keep the party going all night.

2.Rock Band, DDR or Guitar Hero Theme Party: Why not take the games you play with your friends to the next level? Setup a screen, rent some lighting and speakers and have a real rock championship to determine the best Rock Band, Guitar Hero, or DDR players. Setting up a tournament with brackets and themed prizes can make your sweet sixteen party a blast!

3.Outdoor Movie Party: Having your party outdoors can be awesome for you and your friends to take in the great summer weather and watch a movie together. You can rent all the equipment you need to have a massive screen in your backyard or by the pool so you can all watch a movie together or make a movie night out of it. Having games and party favors within the theme can help turn it into an awesome party.

4.Pool Party: Pools are a great way for your friends to relax and hang out in the pool. Hiring a DJ to keep the music going and to incorporate the pool into the evening with contests and games can be a really great party during the summer. You can setup a giant inflatable movie screen next to the pool to show the movies on, or have a volleyball net or basketball hoop if you don't already have one for the pool.

5.Roller Skating/Ice Skating Party: Having an activity to focus on throughout the night is important if you don't like being the center of attention the whole night. It makes it easy for everyone to have a great time from your really outgoing guests, to friends who need a little help getting into the party. Having a roller or ice skating party can be a great theme option. Many rinks have a lot of creative ways to enhance your party. Having a local band or a DJ can also be a great way to kick up a party to the next level.

6.Lake Party: If you have a lake or campground near you, these parties can be the most memorable parties and weekends of your life. Most larger lakes have boats or pontoon boats that you can rent, or you can rent jet skis to have a blast with all your friends for your birthday party! Some lakes you can even combine pontoon boats with a dance party if the lake is big enough! You can also look into water trampolines, these can help turn your sweet sixteen party into the party of the year!

7.Scavenger Hunt: Having all of your friends show up ahead of time and surprising the birthday person with a party and then going out on a scavenger hunt can be an awesome party idea! It gives everyone something to do as well as adding competition into the night. Theme each stop after something that the birthday person likes or reminds you of them. You can do photo or video hunts or hunt for physical objects around town. Have the final location be a secret until you have found all the clues, then everyone can meet up at the final location to really celebrate your party with everyone together!

How to turn our big backyard into an indoor space during the cold months?

Angela

This was our first year living in this house, and we had so much fun in the backyard the last few months. All the neighborhood kids would come to play with our kids on the trampoline, giant inflatable slide, play and tumble around on the lawn. I'd do yoga on the huge porch in addition to all the things the kids would do.

Now that it's getting chilly outside, I don't want us all to be trapped inside where we don't have much room to get our wiggles out.

How can we put a roof and walls or something over our backyard?? We're renting the house, so...um...

Or a great big tarp or something?

Oh I dunno, I just want to keep playing out there, and I want it to be warm. It's just a lot of wonderful play space that I don't want to go to waste this winter!

Answer
How about a tent. You can buy one or rent one. Enjoy your yard. Regards, Dale

how healthy is jumping on the trampoline?

Kyleigh

I have a trampoline and I love love love to jump on it, im overweight and i have been drinking only water, cutting back on what i eat, and making healthier choices. along with me doing walking will the trampoline help me in anyway?? thanks!

Answer
It really depends on what you are doing while jumping on the trampoline. You can certainly get some great exercise out of it. Like doing splits jumps or jumping and landing on your rear and going back into normal position in the air. You can get more advanced too like flips, but that is dangerous. Anything that gets your heart rate up and makes you break a sweat is exercise.

I wouldn't solely use the trampoline as a source of exercise though. It would actually be a good ending exercise to loosen up your muscles.

does anyone know where to get a cheap good quality water trampoline?

Alyssa C

Answer
Feel free to check out the link above (or your nearest costco) but let me first say, after having a trampoline at the public pool I worked at- it spent most of the summer out of the pool.

First of all, its in water, and therefore even the best ones don't "bounce" like a trampoline, so they are really just large expensive platforms.

Secondly, they are great for "king of the hill" games, but not much else, since the push from diving off of them sends them across the pool behind you.

Knowing these limitations (and you may already have experienced one) then I'd say go for it if you really want one, they can be a lot of fun.

The first link is for a high-quality (but expensive) trampoline,
The second if for cheap deals, and low to medium quality.

Best of Luck!

Can you rent a huge trampoline?

<3 <3 <3

I am having a sweet 16 with my friend and we do not have many ideas for our party that will work, but one idea that we came up with was to rent a HUGE trampoline and put it across my backyard. Does anyone know where we can get one or a huge open jump thing (like a bounce house, but bigger and without tall walls). Also, if you have any ideas for themes (that are not too expensive) that would also be helpful. Thanks!
We live in NJ if that helps

Answer
If you or your friend's family owns property near a beach or a lake, you could probably rent a water trampoline (those get up to 25 feet around, and I can include a couple of links in my sources for you to browse through). Those are pretty good if you're planning on a fairly large party. Or, you know, it may even be possible to put one of these on land if you or your friend have a particularly large, flat backyard. Trouble is, I've never heard of anyone doing that before, and you have to consider that these are inflatable trampolines right here, so make sure there's nothing around that's capable of blowing a hole in it.

As for themes, I think that all depends on what you both enjoy--and how many people you're planning on inviting. If you like Italian or sushi, well, there's a dinner idea. If you're one for spas and pedicures, throw 'em in. Movie marathons are usually a good way to bond or pass the time as well. I'd get together with your friend for a little brainstorming session if you haven't already--I'll bet you'll come up with some great things to do that, who knows, you might never have even explored before.

Hope your sweet 16 is a good one! :)

Will the Oil Spill reach Destin, Florida by June 20th?

.

Please take the time to answer this with A LOT of detail (I will read it all). This is very important. Pictures, maps, videos would be great, too. I will be going on vacation in Destin. If the oil does decide to go there, what are some other great vacation spots? We surely want to go to a CLEAN beach. We also plan on doing water sports like parachuting ,jet skiing, ocean trampoline, ETC. Please let me know! :)
( not parachuting, PARASAILING, sorry.)

Answer
We were in Destin for 4 days and left on May 31. All beaches from Pensacola to Destin were clean, no oil touch yet. However, from today news:
June 2, 2010 - 11:30 a.m.
(From Okaloosa County Emergency Management Officials)
An oil sheen is now reported to be 9.5 miles off shore of Pensacola. Pensacola is about 50 miles to Destin. Current forecast indicate NO oil in the Destin/Okaloosa area through Saturday. HOWEVER, please keep in mind that trajectory forecasts change daily.

So depending the wind, it could come to the shore sometime....in June or July
Good luck,

Brian

do your childrne paly outside more or inside more? And what kinds of activities do they do otside?

Swings
Trampoline
Pool
Climb trees
Tag
Basketball
Bubbles or water guns
Jumpe rope
Chalk
I use to always be outside when I was a child. My parents could never come inside to eat.
How much time is your child outside ?

1 hour
2hours
3 hours
or more

Answer
My boys, 13 and 9, HATE to play outside, but we also live in Florida and while not the hottest state very humid and my 13 yr old has allergies. I try very hard to get them out for at least an hour on the weekends, do wish it was more since nowadays, PE is an option in middle school and elemetary they only get it 1-2 times/week (what a joke right) Unfortunately they do like those damn video games but I limit their time, but I also don't force them to go outside, Im 36 and while I played alot outside when I was young, I want them to have their own personalities, not mine. But we try to keep them active on the weekends, bowling, putt putt. When I do get them out they ride their bikes, and pretty much run around with the neighbor kids. And actually, the 9 year old is a straight monkey...loves the trees.

How can I open my inground swimming pool myself?

jenni0126

Answer
A homeowner can do this themselves, but it is mucky, wet work.
You need to remove the winter cover water and debris if this is a water bag or lock in cover ( a pro would use a trash pump with a modified suction grate). You can actually clean the cover right where it is, while the water is pumping down by brushing it and pushing everything to the pump's suction hose. That way there's no dragging it to a space large enough and instead of one side always being dirty, both sides will be clean when you're done. Just a matter of hauling it up on the deck when all the water/ debris is off and folding it right there. No muss no fuss and a heck of a lot easier ( and less chance of damage to the cover) than dragging a cover around. If you have what's called a safety cover ( looks like a trampoline), you only need to unhook the straps since there is no cover water to deal with and pop the anchors back into the deck.
Clean up the deck area. Install the drain plugs on pump, filter and heater if you have one using teflon tape where required. Re connect the pressure switch on a gas heater ( again, if you have one). Remove the winterizing plugs in the pool and install skimmer baskets and return eyeballs. In the skimmer, you may see two plugs. The one closest to your pool leads to the main drain, the one furthest leads to the pump. I dunno if your main drain is valid ( works) or not, but it's best to leave that front plug where it is for now and just remove the one furthest from the pool. If you ascertain that your main drain is hooked up to the skimmer at that front plug later ( called an equalizer line) you can remove it then. It's not critical right now since any pool will operate with it plugged.
If this is a concrete pool with a marbalite finish, you may have staining around the pool wall. You can get rid of this with a 10% solution of acid/water in a plastic watering can and an acid brush. Add acid to water, never water to acid. Do it in sections and rinse well. If this is a vinyl liner pool and there is a ring of grime, you can use a kitchen scrubbie ( plastic 3M one) and some vinyl liner cleaner. "Hertel Plus" is best. You may find it in a hardware store in the household cleaning section. It's safe for vinyl ( even advertises it's good for liner pools on the back of the bottle in the last line) and hey...you can use it on other things too. It's also bio degradable. Other than that, you can buy some cleaner at a pool store for twice the price and half as effective.
Install any ladders or rails. For ladders remember to put the rubber bumpers in the bottom feet. Reinstall any pool lights that were dropped for winterizing and if you have one, the diving board.
Start filling the pool and give it a shock to keep the green away until the pool is filled up enough for start up.
That's an opening.
Starting up your pool is another chapter. For this, you probably want a pro in and watch him ( video the whole thing even) so that you can do it yourself next year. It's less physically demanding than the opening but also a little more complex, since every pool is different (type and equipment) and he may catch something that you missed on the opening. Typically, if you do it that way, you'll save 2/3rds of an average opening cost done by a pool company. That service guy is only going to be there for less than an hour for a start up and should only charge you that hourly rate not the 250 bucks plus an opening costs so long as you've done most of everything and need no repairs.
An opening is actually pretty fool proof, it's just dirty and time consuming to do which is why pool companies charge more for it than a closing. The worst that can happen is if you dump the cover contents into the pool by accident but as long as you have your thinking cap on that won't happen.

Really weird dream, can someone listen to it and tell me what it could mean?

TweetyBird

Ok so me and my mom were at this swimming pool thing. But there was a stack of like 20 trampolines in the other end of the pool. There was a ladder on the side that went to the top. You had to pay to get a floaty, then you climb to the top of the trampolines and jump off into the water. Then you run in this corale thing and this man kisses the person who he wants to win. My dad let me do the rest of it, but he wouldn't let the man kiss me. So anyways, after I went on the trampoline thing a bunch of times, I was watching a person go on it that looked a little bit like Jessica Simpson. After she went in she came out and was with her boyfriend and her daugter. Her boyfriend looked like a white gangster and her daughter was kinda gothic. But she was beautiful with her white button shirt, her medium length black hippie skirt, and her combat boots. Her hair was in a low loose bun and she had white skin with really long eyelashes. Well heres where the dream turns. Now everything looks like the way Tim Burton animates things, and this scary looking tall girl walks up to a fat man with a little girl with blonde pig tales, (we are still at the pool thing, but it's more like I'm watching a movie now, I'm not really there) So apparently the fat man is a carpenter, and the tall woman is paying him to stay at her house andd fix a few things. So now they are at her house, and it's like a scary haunted house thing. So the fat man and the little girl are in a room, and the tall woman askes if she can talk to the little girls dad, so they leave her in the room and they go to the next room. Then the woman looks in the room where the little girl was and she's not there anymore. But the woman talks to the fat man, but I forget what they said. So then you can see the little girl on the inside of the fat man's shirt, and she's shaking, like she's scared. But then the woman leaves, and the man goes to bed. As he's sleeping on the floor, the little girl turns into something that doesn't look like a little girl anymore. She lifts up his skin and the inside of is body is made out of yarn, like his bones were knitted. She puts it back down. She cuts off her hand and pours blood in his mouth. (remember it still looks like The nightmare before christmas, or coraline [Tim Burton]) then she puts playing cards on his stomache and burns them, and he turns into an old man. Then I wake up. It was so weird. When I woke up I was thinking that if the dream would've went on then the girl who was goth would've been the one to save everyone when the little girl with pigtales was going to kill everybody and make them like her "dad". I really just wanted you to hear it, but if you can tell me what it might mean I would appreciate it!

Answer
Our subconscious mind is very creative and if you are a creative person in your waking life but you aren't embracing that, your dreams can be very story-like and detailed. Most of the time, the dreams are symbolic but it doesn't mean it doesn't hold any significance. The best thing to do is break the dream down, symbol by symbol and look up as many symbols as you can. In order, these symbols should end up telling you something that is either on your mind, that you need to heal or that will happen in the near future.

*rolls up her sleeves*

Let's see if there is an underlining meaning to the symbolism in your dream.

The following meanings are from

http://www.dreammoods.com/

Trampoline

To dream that you are jumping on a trampoline, represents your resilience and your ability to bounce back from difficult and emotional times.

Ladder

To dream that you are climbing up a ladder, suggests that you have reached a new level of achievement. It is symbolic of prosperity, hard work and your efforts. Consider also the phrase of "climbing the social ladder" in which you have achieved a promotion, a higher status, more power, or an important goal. Alternatively, it may indicate meditation and prayer. You are setting forth on a spiritual path and higher awareness. Each rung of the ladder is indicative of a stage in your spiritual awareness. You may also be looking things from a different perspective.

Pool

To see a pool of water in your dream, indicates that you need to understand and deal with your emotions. You need to dive right in. Alternatively, a pool may indicate your need for cleansing. You need to wash away the past.

Mother

To see your mother in your dream, represents the nurturing aspect of your own character. Mothers offer shelter, comfort, life, guidance and protection. Some people may have problems freeing themselves from their mothers and are thus seeking their own individuality and development.

To dream that you are having a conversation with your mother, denotes a matter that has preoccupied your mind and you are not sure how to deal with it in your waking life. It indicates unresolved problems that still need to be worked out with your mother.

Father

To see your father in your dream, symbolizes authority and protection. It suggests that you need to be more self-reliant. Consider also your waking relationship with your father and how aspects of his character may be incorporated within yourself.

Kiss

To dream of a kiss, denotes love, affection, tranquility, harmony, and contentment. To see others kissing in your dream, suggests that you are too involved in their personal lives and relationship. You need to give them some space. If the dream ends just about you are about to kiss someone, indicates that you are unsure of how he or she really feels about you. You are looking for some sort of relationship with this person but you are not sure about how to go about achieving it.

Stranger (Jessica Simpson look-alike and kids)

To see a stranger in your dream, symbolizes the part of yourself that is repressed and hidden.

Famous (If it really was Jessica Simpson)

To see famous people in your dream, signifies an increase to your prosperity and honor.

Haunted House

To dream of a haunted house, signifies unfinished emotional business, related to your childhood family, dead relatives, or repressed memories and feelings.

Children

To see children in your dream, signify an aspect of yourself and your childlike qualities. You may be retreating back to a childlike state where you are longing for the past and the chance to satisfy repressed desires and unfulfilled hopes. Perhaps there is something that you need to see grow and nurtured.Take some time off and cater to the inner child within. Alternatively, the dream may be highlighting you innocence, purity, simplicity, and carefree attitude.

Yarn

To see yarn in your dream, symbolizes your connections and creativity. It may also mean that you are stuck in a rut and going about your daily life in the same old pattern. If the yarn is tangled and knotted yarn, then it signifies emotional distress or confusion you may have with a situation.

Alternatively, it may suggests that you need to take time off for yourself and relax. Consider also how you may be feeling "burned out" or "burned up".

To dream that you or someone is being burned alive, suggests that you are being consumed by your own ambition.

I couldn't find anything for the cards that she laid on his chest except for this:

Cards

To dream that you are playing a game of cards, signifies that you have successfully utilized skills of bluff, strategy, and timing in your everyday life. In particular, diamonds indicates wealth, clubs indicated work, hearts indicate happiness in love, and spades indicate troubling times are in your near future.

To dream that you are shuffling cards, signifies indecision. You need to reevaluate your choices.

It is up to you decide if this rings true or not. I like to use two or three different dream sites, in case one has a symbol the others don't. Hope this helps you out!

What is the best water trampoline? 10 points for best answer!?

gymnast

my family is buying a house on a lake and i have always dreamed of having a water trampoline. My birthday is in july and i was hoping to use this to my advantage. I am a competitive gymnast and i need the most jumping room for under $400. i would prefer a new one but i know that is hard with my price range. 8 feet of the actual trampoline part will not be enough for me. My dad is hard to convince he needs to have lots of research to even think of buying one. To maximize my chances of actually getting one i need to do a ton of research so he doesn't have to, so please add links. Thank you for your help!

Answer
The following is a list of many of the frequently asked questions about water trampolines.

Q: What is the difference between a water trampoline and a water bouncer?

A: A water trampoline and a water bouncer have a few distinct differences. Water bouncers tend to be smaller, less expensive and also do not produce as high of jumps. This is because water bouncers have netting that is attached directly to the inflation tube whereas water trampolineâs netting is attached by springs to a frame which allows for higher bouncing and can support heavier weight loads.

Q: How do you inflate a water trampoline or bounce platform?

A: The most common method for inflation is using a shop vacuum as they have a high air flow rates. The shop vac should attach to the adapter that comes with most water trampolines, water bouncers and accessories. There are also pumps available for inflation of your water trampoline of choice. We do NOT recommend using an air compressor to inflate your water trampoline as over inflation can damage the tube.

Q: What type of warranty comes with water trampolines?

A: The warranty differs depending on which brand of water trampoline you choose. Most brands come with at least a one year warranty as long as the product has not been used for commercial purposes. We suggest you check with the bradnâs home webpage to find out the specific warranty.

Q: How much and how long does it take to ship a water trampoline?

A: Right now we are offering free shipping on all water trampolines. Shipping will take approximately 7-10 business days. For more information on this check out our shipping page located at the bottom of our homepage.

Q: Do all Rave products need to be anchored and if so how?

A: Water bouncers and water trampolines do need to be anchored. The smaller water bouncers should be anchored with a simple D-ring anchor or a weight over 20 pounds will suffice. Water trampolines require a weight of over 60 pounds and bell anchors are recommended. Additional information is provided in the ownerâs manual that is provided with your purchase.

Q: Should bouncers wear life vests?

A: Yes, safety is key in enjoying any water trampoline or water bouncer. No matter how deep the water is life vests should be worn at all times.

Q: Where is the form for the free attachment located on your site?

A: There is a link to the form for a free attachment located on the homepage of the website in the top right corner.

Q: Can water trampolines be left out in the water?

A: Most people leave water trampolines out for an entire season and take them out during the colder months. Two things to consider are local regulations about anchoring in your area and the wind speeds around your area. Water trampolines or other products should not be anchored in the water during wind speeds exceeding 15 miles per hour.

Q: Are water trampolines repairable or patchable?

A: Most product come with a repair kit and instructions on how to patch up holes. The kit contains adhesive and extra piece of fabric along with a comprehensive instruction manual. Other parts may need to be replaced in time such as springs or the jump surface.

Q: Can water trampolines be used on land?

A: Yes, but only on grassy even surfaces. it should not but used on gravel or rocks. A water trampoline will not have the bouncing abilities of a land trampoline because it is meant to be used in the water and the tube will absorb most of the energy.

Q: How deep should the water be when using a water trampoline?

A: A water trampoline or water bouncer should never be used in less than six feet of water in order to prevent any injuries.

Q: How long is total set up time?

A: Total set up time ranges depending on which product you purchase. Water bouncers require only inflation which typically takes a maximum of thirty minutes while water trampolines can take a bit longer because the assembly of the fame and jumping surface is required.

I have provided a link to a plethora of information on water-trampolines and bouncers.

How can I drink 32 cups of water a day?

liz

I'm trying a new diet where you actually drink 32 cups of water the first day, and this is actually 4 times what I usually drink. How can I do this? Thanks!

Answer
Get a 64 oz. container, fill it with water and add a little apple juice for flavor.
Drink an 8 oz. glass every hour for 8 hours.

Hereâs a good low-carb food/exercise plan:

Breakfast: Cook 9-grain cereal (from health food store) in water with rolled oats and wheat bran. Make a pot of it on weekends and nuke 1/2 cup each morning. Then stir in low fat milk or yogurt, banana, walnuts and berries. Drink hot Ovaltine. Breakfast should be your largest meal of the day to raise blood sugar level which falls during the night.

Lunch: Egg, tuna or turkey ½ sandwich on multi-grain (not just whole wheat) bread with bean or alfalfa sprouts, yogurt, fresh fruit. If you had meat loaf for dinner, bring a meat loaf sandwich on whole grain bread (NO mayo). On cold days, a squatty thermos of hot chili, split peas with ham, or beef stew.

Snacks: Fresh (not canned) fruit. Nothing ever from a vending machine.
Fruit smoothies.

Dinner: salad with white meat chicken and fresh (not canned) veggies: tomatoes, 2 kinds of lettuce, 2 kinds of shredded cabbage, shredded or sliced carrots, alfalfa or bean sprouts, zucchini, green or red peppers, hard boiled eggs, brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, tofu, cottage cheese, spinach...Instead of dressing, squeeze 1/4 tomato over it.

Or homemade bean/vegetable soups; great way to recycle leftovers.
Or grilled fish with steamed veggies.

Or omelet: In blender, whip together eggs, tofu, cottage cheese, onions, garlic powder. Cook with mushrooms, chopped tomatoes and green or red peppers.

Avoid junk food, fast foods, pastries, desserts, anything with sugar (cancer cells feed on sugar), gluten, syrup (even canned fruit in syrup), peanut butter, fat/grease (pork, wieners, chops, bacon, salami, pizza, chips, fries), pasta, potatoes, ramen, popcorn, white bread, rice, canned veggies, ice cream (itâs lard + chemicals), soda (loaded with toxins), chips, tobacco, alcohol (kills brain cells) and coffee (carcinogenic). No oil except olive and mac nut.

To keep your skin clear, drink water, tea, unsweetened veggie and fruit juice.

Join a gym; they have all the equipment and staff to show you how to use it to get the look you want to achieve, but you have to ask them. Much cheaper than buying your own equipment. Go hiking, biking, jogging, bowling, swimming, rowing, jump rope, play tennis, badminton, volleyball, soccer, jumping jacks, lift weights, trampoline? To tone your tummy, do sit ups, push ups, pull ups, leg lifts, butt raises and crunches.
