Is there anyway to loose weight out of your breast?

Jai

I have VERY large breasts. My cup size is now at an H. I want to loose them but they are where I gain weight first. Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't want to have a reduction before I have any kids.

Answer
You CAN "lose" (not loose) weight in your breasts, I've done it!
This is how: I got a mini-trampoline from Walmart (or maybe Target) and jumped on that for 30 minutes a day. I also drank lots of water, ate 3 small meals a day, 2 snacks, and no refined sugar, especially NO soft drinks.

I went from a DD to a C in just over 2 months, and I have not gained it back. Just make sure you have a good sports bra, and maybe even a regular bra underneath. That was 3 years ago.

Feel free to contact me.

10 points! my birthday party. girls/guys help????

Jessica

I'm turning 14 in july but i'm havin an early bday party THIS friday. texas weather! I leave on vacation the next day so nothing "big big". I invited about 16 people (girls and boys).

I'm having kind of like a "cook out" theme i guess. I have a huge trampoline, big yard. So i bought water baloons the other day.

We can eat and stuff, go inside to my living room, play guitar hero. Idk what else to do????? We can hang out and stuff.

I'm willing to play like truth or dare but nothing like 7 minutes in heaven.

What else can i do????????
I really want it to be fun!
4 friends are coming a bit earlier to help me out.

like i said, there's really no theme or anything. I got like pink plates and for tables there's going to be a lime green cloth thing or w/e. My mom's making a lot of room in my living room to hang out and eat since my house is small. we're putting tables full of chips and snacks. We're serving hot dogs and hamburgers btw.

ANY MORE IDEAS?

Answer
water ballon fights, water gunns wouldnt hurt. taboo its a card game. scene it its a dvd game, music chairs to funky music :-) twister, eating contest, watermelon seed spitting contest & for the last thing A BIG FIRE WORK SHOW. cause its in july. for your cake put those candles that look and act like sparkliers you can find them at walmart on the cake deco isle.

Outdoor epic summer water party with no pool ideazz?

Q. Summer party. No pool.VERY competitive kids coming.Games MUST involve getting wet or soaked.Water balloons good? need games that will be intense and will have people talking about the party the whole week.I have no pool but a trampoline and a volleyball net.
PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP! I LOVE U IF U CAN HELP

Answer
Get your trampoline wet and jump aroud YOU JUMP SUPER HIGH . then u can play some volley ball i think you should rent a dunk tank from a web sight or a HUGE slippin slide those are super fun. Then got lots of water guns and games that involve wet from target or something. I have this thing where you put a water ballon in the ball ting pass it around then all of a sudden it pops and who ever has it gets splashed. Maybe with the Water guns you can get chairs and garbage cans and tjhings like that to hide behind then you can get water ballons and have a water gun and balloon war.

What would Canadians do on a gorgeous summer Saturday?

Eric S

If you're a Canadian and single, married, have a family, whatever your home situation is.....

And say it's a Saturday afternoon, and everyone is home together and the house is clean, your car has a full tank of gas, you have lots of cash on hand, and the weather is low 20s, no humidity, T-shirt weather.

Everyone finished whatever work has to be done, and you have spare time.

What would most Canadians do on a day like this? Have you ever had a day like this in 2008? What was that day like? Or what would you do if you had a day like that?
Well said, Z. I like that. Forget the car and the cash

Answer
During the summer, my family and I go out to our camp. There are many lakes in Canada and its probably my favourite place to go in the summer. We doing things like swimming, water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, four wheeling, bon fires, jump on the trampoline and just relax. Its amazing

What Should be Attention When Start Your Inflatable slides Business?

Q. What Should be Attention When Start Your Inflatable slides Business

Answer
Bouncy castle and similar structures are temporary inflatable buildings and structures that are rented for functions, school and church festivals and village fetes and used for recreational purposes, mainly used by children. The growth in popularity of moonwalks has led to an inflatable rental industry which includes inflatable slides, obstacle courses, games, and more. Inflatables are ideal for portable amusements because they are easy to transport and store. The name given to such structures varies.

They have been marketed with such names as bounce house, Moon Bounce, Astrojump, Moonwalk, Jolly Jump and Spacewalk. The term "Bounce House" came to popularity with the resurgence of hipster culture in New England. "Pula pula" is another name commonly used by Latinos, which literally means "jump jump". The term 'Jolly Jumps' is often used to describe the inflatable playground structure in rural areas and some areas in the Western US, but the term is otherwise obsolete.

Although they are often aimed at children, adult castles can be hired in the many countries, like UK,US,China,Europe and so on. Because of liability concerns, moonwalks are rarely rented to adults in the US. Historically, names for inflatable structures, particularly in the United States, are composed of two, one syllable words. In the United States the terms that consist of two, one syllable words are popular. In Southern California, another popular term is Closed Inflatable Trampolines, or "CITs". Bouncy Castle or Inflatable Castle are used in Ireland, the UK, New Zealand and parts of Australia, and Jumping Castles in Arizona, Australia, Canada and South Africa.

As a whole the term moon bounce has become a generic term for enclosed inflatable trampolines worldwide. Following the popular of inflatables, more and more countries start a rental business, and the kinds of inflatables more and more day by day. Except bouncy castle, also water slide, inflatable tent, giant inflatables, bounce house for children. Many buyer found that usually people are willing buy one or two pieces of bouncy castle or water slide for their children. So not only to rental inflatble, some big imported especial import some small size family using inflatables.

Actually that brings big profit to importer, becuase inflatable field is few in their country and the cose is very expensive in Europe and America,Australia. Also some advertising company will order the big inflatable tent for sport, like tennis, basketball, football, badmin and so on. In winter many countries will snow, it will effect outdoor sports, but many youngers like outdoor sport in winter. Based on this, some smart merchant found that and place order about tent. One of my clients even order an big size of 30*60*15m for 600 people. At present his business is very good.

How do you mow a lawn with a trampoline?

Q. Ok so my dad might get me a trampoline for my birthday, but he is worried about our yard. Is there a way to mow under the trampoline without moving it? He always wants our yard to look good, and a lot of the things I've read about say you can just move it every time you mow the yard. How heavy is it to move? Any ideas that would be easy to do WITHOUT moving it?

Answer
Mow the lawn up to the trampoline then pull it onto the part already mowed and mow the rest of the lawn they slide easy and site the trampoline in different section of the lawn and will not have any bare spots but water and rain will get through just less light so better to move around different spot each time..very easy to slide to new spot each time..

Please, help to identify mooring facility!?

Q. I want to address to you with unusual question. When I was in Thailand I saw Baylainer Capri which was equipped with special mooring facility. It looks like 2 inflatable air bags connected with cadrura material (I guess). I'm really interested in this mooring facility because it helps go on shore if the shore is wild beach. It's very convenient. It's kind of trampoline to shore. I want to add that it helps to prevent damage of gelcoat of the boat. I hope you could identify this facility!

Answer
There are such things as inflatable docks. There's a pontoons on each side of the boat and a sling between them that goes under the boat. The idea is you inflate the pontoons and those lift the sling (and the boat) up from the water. Airdock is one such brand.

As for 'wild beach' or preventing gelcoat damage I don't think that's how they're supposed to be used. Anything that would harm the gelcoat would possibly also be hard on an inflatable float.

Tanning With Baby Oil ?

Q. Well , On Wednesday My Friend Is Having A Party In Her Backyard And I Want A Good Tan Because I'm Light Skinned , I've Read About Using Baby Oil As A Tan , BUT Don't Say I Will Get Cancer Or It Will Burn Me Because I'm Not Gonna Use It For A Long Time , I Will Only Use It For About 10 Minutes Or SO . Does it Really Work ? And DO I Put It On My Face Too And Around My Eyes ? Because I Don't Want To Have A Tan Body Then A White Face . Because Right After We Are Going To Be On A Trampoline With A Water Hose . If I Do Tan With Baby Oil After 10 Minutes I'll Wipe It Off With My Towel Then Go In The Trampoline .

Answer
My mom has tried baby oil and all it did was give her a really bad burn. (she tans easily). You should go to Ulta if you've got one near you and get Maui Babe browning lotion! It makes you tan really fast and evenly. You can read reviews on their website.

Competitive gymnastics+workout tips?

Q. Okay, so this is rather complicated. PLEASE READ IT. PLEASE. At least answer one of them!!
Problem 1:
My friend, she's 14, is currently on Orange in the CanGym program, or advanced rec. She really wanted to do competitive but she tried out at three clubs and didnt make any of them, not even P1. They all said she wasn't skilled enough and too old, since the lowest level, P1, had kids ages 9-12 at the oldest. Now, because she was rejected, she wants to tryout for T&T but she doesn't know if she's good enough. She can execute all the basics (cartwheel, handstand, walkovers), a roundoff backhandspring with a slight spot, back tuck off a box and back tucks on tramp. In Alberta, Canada, would you think that she would make T&T competitive? And what level, if she did? She really loves gymnastics and was stressing out and depressed about this. Oh, and this really is my friend (no yahoo account), I am a P3 gymnast, but no idea how to help her.
THANKS:)
Problem 2:
Kay, so I, on my coach's orders, have to do a planned workout everyday. Run for 10-20 minutes, increasing either in speed or distance, routine stretch for 15 minutes, a break for 5, 3 sets of 25 push-ups, 30 second break and water, 3 sets of 50 sit-ups, 30 second break, 40 lunges, 40 squat jumps, and a five minute cool down run/stretch. So I am also 14, 5'2 and about 115 pounds. I am now pretty weak and I have a layer of fat due to the fact that I was pulled out of gym for 8 months, which is why I have a workout I need to do. I have been skipping the 10-20 min run cause I live where there are no flat grounds and because it is so icy outside, it is near impossible. Going to a nearby gym doesn't work either cause my parents refuse to take me. So is there anything I can do to replace the run, but still takes the same effect on my body? Same with the 5 min cool down. Also, I have been doing this workout for about 2 weeks but haven't seen any improvements. In fact, I think I am getting more fat and my muscles are staying the same. Why is this? Also, if you have any other workout suggestions (like weights, different sets, diets that would fit my situation cause i am clueless on that, etc.), feel free to suggest them. Don't say that I am already fit and don't need all this, because I do. Strength is essential to gymnastics and fat just slows you down.
THANKS:) sorry you had to read all of this!!
Much appreciated!!

Answer
If you know what these are...
I do...as a gymnast at a level equivalent to level 8 USAG...

100 V-Ups
50 pull ups
50 chin ups
Frog jumps on the vault runway for 10 laps
One legged hops (alternate each lap) 10 -5 laps per leg
Climb the rope
Run a mile (32 laps around the floor)
Handstand push ups (100)
Handstand walks - 2 (go there forwards, backwards on the way back)
Arm dips on the parallel bars (50)
Leg dips of the beam keeping your heel flat (5 laps there and back)
Seal walks (feet on a paper plat in push up position and go forward across the floor and backwards back) - 8 laps
Attempt ten full ups (pull up all the way to front support on bars)
Kill jumps on the trampoline (Jump as high as you can in one jump then stop in a squat {not to deep of a squat})

Those are just some options
I'm on JOGA...(jersey optional gymnastics association in nj)

Hope this helped

Fun, long quiz thing lol. It's actually kinda interesting.. Do it?

Biggest Towable Tube (Behind a boat)?

MLN

I am looking for the biggest possible towable tube that is solely a tube and not a towable deck, multisport, or trampoline/towable. I want a tube that is made just for tubing. For example, it must be bigger than H.O.'s Ion, one of the biggest I have found with the characteristic of being a solely tubing tube.

Answer
Do NOT use the Manta Ray! I'm assuming you want something to pull multiple people and the manta ray is not your answer. Plus it is very dangerous. Even if you get a little height or air under that thing you will go flying and you can get really hurt. It kills when you hit the water from such a speed and height. Honestly there's not a good tube that fits more than 3-4 people. But you may want to look into a water boggan. Here is a link where you fill find towable for 4+ people. I hope this helps. This is a very reliable source.

Happy Tubing :)

What is the difference between a water trampoline and a water bouncer? 10 points for best answer!?

gymnast

I want to buy a water trampoline and was wondering the difference between a water trampoline and a water bouncer. I am a competitive gymnast and need a lot of bounce. My budget is tight. I do not want to spend over $400 dollars. Can you tell me which one is cheaper. Thanks for your help! it would be very helpful if you include links.

Answer
I swear I answered like 10 of these exact questions. A few by you. I don't get it. Why are you posting the same question over and over again? Anyway...

Q: What is the difference between a water trampoline and a water bouncer?

A: A water trampoline and a water bouncer have a few distinct differences. Water bouncers tend to be smaller, less expensive and also do not produce as high of jumps. This is because water bouncers have netting that is attached directly to the inflation tube whereas water trampolineâs netting is attached by springs to a frame which allows for higher bouncing and can support heavier weight loads.

Water trampolines and bounce platforms look very similar and indeed are similar. Both water trampolines and bounce platforms are have a bounce surface and both can be used for hours of fun. Attachments are offered for both water trampolines and bounce platforms. Attachments can include slides, logs and ladders. Water trampolines have a bounce surface supported by a steel frame and trampoline springs, bounce platforms have jump surface supported by a spring-less interlocking webbing connected from the floatation tube to the jump surface. Water trampolines can hold more weight and will have a higher jump compared to a bounce platform.

Bounce platforms are a great family recreational product and costs less then a water trampoline. It will support a good amount of weight and will provide a short bounce. Generally a bouncer will not require any assembly other then inflating and anchoring. A water trampoline requires assembling the framed jump surface. This will take about 30 minutes additional set-up time. Because of these differences water trampolines are generally higher priced then bounce platforms.

A cute sweet sixteen/ Quince party theme?!?!?!?

katieandpe

i need a cute party theme : )

Answer
Sweet Sixteen Themes and Party Ideas:

Coming up with the perfect sweet sixteen theme doesn't have to be hard! Many times the best themes are right under your nose! Think about the best parties that you have been to, or seen on TV. Start with the sweet sixteen decorations and favors and work out from there if you are a visual person. These parties probably had a very cohesive theme to them, or felt like a good fit for the person having the party. Your party should be personal representing you, your likes, and what is most important to you for the party.

Dance Party: This is by far the most popular party theme. It's the most popular for a reason, if you find the right entertainment it can be the most fun of all the different party types. Think about your school dances, many schools only have two per year of which you may only be allowed to attend one! But everywhere you look you see other people having dances on TV or in movies. Dances allow you to throw your own party just like an adult where you can have a blast with all of your closest friends. If you find a DJ who specializes in sweet sixteen's with lights, games and contests you (or your parents) don't have to worry about anything except showing up, picking out the right music and having a blast with all of your friends! The right DJ should make sure everyone is involved and keep the party going all night.

Rock Band, DDR or Guitar Hero Theme Party: Why not take the games you play with your friends to the next level? Setup a screen, rent some lighting and speakers and have a real rock championship to determine the best Rock Band, Guitar Hero, or DDR players. Setting up a tournament with brackets and themed prizes can make your sweet sixteen party a blast!

Outdoor Movie Party: Having your party outdoors can be awesome for you and your friends to take in the great summer weather and watch a movie together. You can rent all the equipment you need to have a massive screen in your backyard or by the pool so you can all watch a movie together or make a movie night out of it. Having games and party favors within the theme can help turn it into an awesome party.

Pool Party: Pools are a great way for your friends to relax and hang out in the pool. Hiring a DJ to keep the music going and to incorporate the pool into the evening with contests and games can be a really great party during the summer. You can setup a giant inflatable movie screen next to the pool to show the movies on, or have a volleyball net or basketball hoop if you don't already have one for the pool.

Roller Skating/Ice Skating Party: Having an activity to focus on throughout the night is important if you don't like being the center of attention the whole night. It makes it easy for everyone to have a great time from your really outgoing guests, to friends who need a little help getting into the party. Having a roller or ice skating party can be a great theme option. Many rinks have a lot of creative ways to enhance your party. Having a local band or a DJ can also be a great way to kick up a party to the next level.

Lake Party: If you have a lake or campground near you, these parties can be the most memorable parties and weekends of your life. Most larger lakes have boats or pontoon boats that you can rent, or you can rent jet skis to have a blast with all your friends for your birthday party! Some lakes you can even combine pontoon boats with a dance party if the lake is big enough! You can also look into water trampolines, these can help turn your sweet sixteen party into the party of the year!

Scavenger Hunt: Having all of your friends show up ahead of time and surprising the birthday person with a party and then going out on a scavenger hunt can be an awesome party idea! It gives everyone something to do as well as adding competition into the night. Theme each stop after something that the birthday person likes or reminds you of them. You can do photo or video hunts or hunt for physical objects around town. Have the final location be a secret until you have found all the clues, then everyone can meet up at the final location to really celebrate your party with everyone together!
Once you've determined the type of party that you would like to have, then you start need to thinking about sweet sixteen decorations, djs, photography, and venues to host your party. These are all very important and finding the right combination can mean the difference between an amazing party and the worst night of your life!

Water ski or water trampoline?!?!?

Q. Im having a birthday party at a lake and it will be about 7 people. Which one do you think is better?!

Answer
Water skiing in my opinion would be better. You can do it all day and take turns. The water trampoline would be fun for the first 15 minutes or so but would quickly become boring. The water trampolines are also not as fun as they may seem, the water generally absorbs half of the bounce so you can't get very high. Its fun for wrestling with guys but that's about it!

Water trampolines?

Chelsi

How much does it cost to rent a water trampoline for a day or a week and who would you rent one from in Lake Chelan, WA?

Answer
Im not sure about water trampolines, but here are some places to start:
