Helpful ideas for a lake waterpark?

Baby Shes

We are turning our lake into a fun place to go bbq on the weekends and to swim. If you were to go to a place such as this, what kind of things would you want to see? I want to get more ideas from different people, we already are getting a zipline, rope swing and a floating dock for out in the lake.

Answer
I Personally Think You Should Have A Trampoline In The Water, And Multiple Inflatables In The Water, Like Those Rock Climbing Things. Also You Should Look Into Purchasing A "Blob" Like Most Summer Camps At Lakes Have.

I need to lose 50 pounds...FAST?

doglover57

Im 50 pounds over weight & cant stand it. i work so hard & nothing happens. in the morning i eat cereal and a fruit. for lunch i have a sandwich with only ham and some carrot sticks. for dinner its whatever my parents make but my dad buys fast food A LOT and i have no control of it. i bike to school almost every day then jump on my trampoline for about an hour. i also do a lot of other random excersizes and usually everyday im exhausted from excersizing so i dont know what the problem is. i count calories and usually dont go over & if i do i excersize to make up for it. i stop eating after 7 too and i go to bed at 12. summer is coming so soon and i really dont want to be a blob of fat in a bathing suit. can someone give me like a schedule or something of what to do every day of the week. im sorry if im asking for a lot i just really need help. i go to school monday - friday so that has to be part of the schedule. again im SUPER sorry about how much im asking. thanks! (please only nice comments)

Answer
Eat 6 meals a day, every 3-4 hours.

Keep your goal weight EVERYWHERE! (On your refrigerator, tables, counters, mirror, walls, notebooks, on your phone, in your fridge, anywhere you can think of.. It helps keep you motivated)

Everytime you go to get sweets, junk food or any fatty foods.. Remember why you're avoiding them.

Get rid of all the junk food in your house

Eat ; fruits, vegetables, fish, lean meats, nuts & seeds

Do lots of cardio

Drink lots of water, along with lemon water and green tea (lemons and green tea help boost your metabolism and burn fat)

Find out how many calories you're required to eat daily ; http://caloriecount.about.com/tools/calories-goal

Before you eat, drink water.. You could be mistaking thirst with hunger.

Work hard, because if you do.. You'll see results pretty fast.

Find a buddy, if you have someone there to push you while you work out.. It helps and if you're eating healthier with someone else.. They can keep you motivated.

Keep a food journal, it helps so that you're not sugar coating what you eat(you're being completely honest with yourself)

Keep in mind, it's okay to set aside 1-2 days a week for cheat meals.. Just don't go overboard

Chewing gum helps too, it keeps your mouth occupied (I'd suggest Extra gum, it's only 5 calories per piece)

Have people around you that support you, not try to make you fail.

Keep weight loss quotes around the house, like.. 'The more you sweat, the better you get' 'Nobody has ever drowned in their own sweat' etc.

Don't give up, no matter what.

Yoga helps with weight loss and it relieves stress.

Weight watchers works!

Stretching is important before & after you work out (you don't want to get injured)

If you need any other advice or have any questions.. Feel free to email me; melissajonesmail@yahoo.com :)

bounce away trampolines?

blondie Xx

aaahh. im looking for a new trampoline but i dont want it to reck the grass n i need it to be bouncy to practice gymnastics on does anyone know about bounce away trampolines are they good where can you get them from e.c.t

Answer
Here is a video that might help. They look pretty neat.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dcs9ryLAiBw

You can buy one here:
http://www.diy.com/diy/jsp/bq/nav.jsp?action=detail&fh_oneslice=true&fh_eds=%3F&fh_reffacet=categories&fh_location=%2F%2Fcatalog01%2Fen_GB%2Fcategories%3C%7B9372012%7D%2Fcategories%3C%7B9372022%7D%2Fcategories%3C%7B9372072%7D&fh_refview=summary&fh_refpath=facet_159016185&fh_secondid=11237509

They appear to be made in the UK, so I doubt it would be cost effective to get one to the states. But I sent them an email to see if they have any distributors in the USA.

You could also maybe get one of those water trampolines or bouncers. Then you could inflate it. You won't get as much bounce as a real aluminum frame trampoline, but you could deflate it and pack it up when you are done. Maybe that would work? Something like this:
http://stores.channeladvisor.com/Bargain-Sports/Store/Search.aspx?sck=9874906&Page=1&Sort=5&key=water%20trampoline

Those trampolines are a bit more usually, but would be cool to have if you have a big pool or a lake you could use it in too.

John Saul fans I need your help to remember the title of this book of his, please?

Kate Kings

It's about a girl who is living in a boarding school for gifted children and in one scene she's forced to face her fear of heights and water by climbing up the trampoline of the schools pool.

How can I learn to do a back-flip without a trampoline?

Marie

I would to learn how to do a back-flip (and hopefully learn more, so I can do parkour) but my mom who is a nurse says they are too dangerous for me. I see where she is coming from since she is a nurse how probably sees accidents for kids paralyzing themselves everyday. I think I can handle it I am a 15 since to be 16 year old girl! Since a trampoline is out of the question how can I learn?

Answer
Ah!! Ok so that one guy above me has the motions correct. Jump up, grab your legs leaning backwards (tucking), and then land... BUT knowing that is nothing. What you need to do is get help. And NOT from a friend. I tried that and he dropped me on my damn neck. Luckily we were in a gym so I landed on a thick pad. Regardless, it hurt for a week.

Every city I've lived in has a gymnastic institute. They all have open gym days too. Pay 5-15$ average and you get a whole day in a giant gym with foam pits and stuff. I suggest you learn there. Also you will be able to ask gymnists for help too. They will know how to properly spot you as well.

Otherwise just go to a pool and try doing it over and over into the water.

Good luck man.

What are your toddler's favorite toys? Mamas, Please share your experiences !!!!?

G-Roc's Ma

Hey mamas!

I'm planning out my Christmas shopping and I'm looking for input on your little one's favorite (or not so favorite) toys when they were around the 20months to 2 years old age range. My son will be two in February! He's a typical little boy, loves cars, balls, elmo and animals. I've wasted so much money on toys that weren't really his speed in the past. He doesn't really have a whole lot of toys now, I've been saving the money since he seemed to be fine with what he has but it's going to be a nice christmas this year!! I know that we will be getting him his own comfy chair like daddy's and a little tykes climber of some sort but have not decided on which yet.

Any recommendations on what and what not to get for him?

Answer
Great Question- I am always looking for ideas myself :-)

My daughter is 21 months... but one of her favorite toys is her (it's called a "quad" online) mini four wheeler . Its battery operated and she just loves to sit on it and drive it all over the house- not to mention its sooooo cute to see.She also loves her kitchen (all toys like that-pretend play) she likes. She also LOVES her ball pit- she's had it since before turning 1 and she still has tons of fun with it. Although it can get very messy- considering they tend to just throw the balls all over the place. My daughter LOVES to jump, so we were also looking at a mini kids trampoline (inflatable jumper)... If he loves balls... maybe a mini basketball goal?

Or maybe you could look into getting him his first tricycle for his birthday? Thats what I am thinking of getting my daughter.

Here's a cute sesame street jumper & ball pit... Since he like Elmo
http://www.walmart.com/ip/Sesame-Street-Bounce-n-Sounds-Jumper/13241607
http://www.walmart.com/ip/Sesame-Street-Activity-Play-Center/11065730?findingMethod=rr

I've never tried the jumper before... so I am not sure about that (safety wise), but it does get ready good reviews ?

Also if he like to color - my daughter LOVES TO... maybe a toddler art easel. It can probably get really messy, but could also be fun :-)

Does This Sound Like a Fun Party?

Q. Okay, it's a summer party. There's really no reason, it's just to have some fun. So I wanted to know if you thought that my guest ( preteens) would like it!

-We are buying one of those huge 13 by 42 inflatable pools and filling it up so we can swim.

-We're getting a trampoline so that if you don't fell like getting wet you can jump

- We are geting this really big volleyball net so we can play a monster game of volleyball.

- We are also buying an old fashiond cotton candy, popcorn, sno cone, and ice cream makers. Along with a chocolate fountain.

-We are getting one of those 100 foot subway subs from subway.

Do you thik this sounds fun? I think it'll be. Are there any ways I can improve or make this party better?

how can i learn to do a cartwheel and a back handspring fast?

Q. i want to try out for cheerleading next year and i wanna know what are the basics and a quick way to learn.

Answer
you should take a tumbling class to learn the basics but i can help a lil since i have been tumbling since i was 3.
you need to pactice lining up your body. stand staight facing one way. then extend your arms straight above yourhead next to your ears. put one food on front then while your hands are going down lift your back legup and over while the other one follows. for your cartwheel go slowly and step one foot down at a time. when you do your round off add power to make it faster/ sqeeze your legs tight then point your toes.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=v4BqeELsIi8&f...
http://youtube.com/watch?v=mE29w0pWH-4
its easy. sit in a chair while you swing your arms. pretend the is a brick wall behind you and on the sides of you. push back while you jump up and over the wall. that helps me think of how to keep my form. for your legs try backhandsprings on the trampoline sqeezing your form. then if that doesnt help stick a water bottle or sponge or anything light and soft between your knees while you do your back handspring. for your landing on your knees. try doing handstand snapdowns. snap hard and fast and make sure you rebound high with your arms up straight. when you twist in your backhandspring.try doing a fake backhandspring in front of your bed. stand in front of your bed with your back to your bed the sit and swing like you are doing a real backhandspring jump up and back onto your bed. but be sure to land on your back on your bed straight with your arms up and extented next to your head and your legs straight.
or practice over a log you can buy them from ebay
http://youtube.com/watch?v=ndO33RP8YCw
yes dont be scared or chicken out you only risk yourself at injury.do frog jumps to stregthen your legs so they dont bend. practice on the trampoline. sqeeze your legs as tight as possible. try putting a water bottle inbetween your legs and do a backhandspring. it helped me a lot.
or a rag or sponge. you can also try tie ing your ankles together then trying a backhandspring. sqeeze tight!!!!!
if you can do one you can do as many. work on handstand snap downs with a high rebound to work on the end of your backhandspring. try handstand backhandspring
http://youtube.com/watch?v=e7W6sKWdW6Y
keep practicing!!! good luck

Best kind of water trampolines for a good price?

Kody S

I live on a channel on a fresh water lake and I would like to put a water trampoline out in the water. I don't need a huge one, but I still want a good sized one. It would be used by teenagers and rarely any kids and my oldest sons and their friends that are in their early 20's. So it has to be durable and it has to be able to hold teenagers and adults. I don't want one that only allows us to only have very little people on at one time. AND LIKE I SAID IT WOULD GET A LOT OF USE. So anyways, what is the best brand? What is the best kind? Whats the best one that will fit my needs? I don't want to spend a lot of money because I'm not up at the lake too much but when I am the trampoline would get a good beating. So keep the price as low as possible. Any ideas on water trampolines? Tell me a trampoline and the model that would fit my criteria or give me a link. Thanks and please answer.

Answer
if you're looking for a tramp because of the bouncing part, then forget it. the water dampens the bounce and they really aren't a lot of fun after about 10 minutes. We have a small one and every weekend at the lake I see no body... count em o.... use it. the people to use it are 9, 12, 13, 15 ,16 ,19, years old. they got bored really fast. look at the big tubes. they can be used to float around on + they are towable.

swimming pool covers?

RVParkGuy

Solid cover or mesh, or both? If both, how do I address water pooling on the solid cover?

Answer
By "mesh", are you referring to what's commonly called a safety or security cover or are you referring to what's commonly called a leaf net cover. Both are mesh but both do different things.
A safety/security cover is solidly anchored around the pool deck. It replaces BOTH a leaf net cover and poly tarp cover ( water bag or lock in). Think of a trampoline. That's basically what it is. You can walk across your pool. The idea behind it is to allow water from snow/ice/rain to peculate through the material into the pool but prevents kids or pets from becoming entrapped in cover material like in a traditional poly tarp cover. That's the danger in the old run of the mill poly cover.
A security cover is expensive though and it's initial set up for the first season ( installing the anchors and adjusting straps) can take a few hours. After that first season though...it only takes minutes to put one on or remove it. The downside is that they allow some sunlight through. That will knock down your chlorine levels in the pool meaning you'll need to open fairly soon after ice out and close quite late as well or it'll cost a bit to clear up the pool. This type of cover does look pretty smart on a pool though and improves the look of the backyard over a traditional poly cover.
The other "mesh" type is the leaf net. It's a very coarse net that's sole intent is to keep leafs from dropping on top of a poly cover. You use this type of cover in conjunction with the poly tarp cover. It's stretched tight over the pool ( you don't want it wet...that lets leafs blow past the pool and reduces your work load). Then in late fall you remove the net when the leafs are done blowing around. Your poly cover will then have zero debris on it, making opening the pool a lot easier. You'll just have water to pump off and nothing clogging up the pump in spring time.
How to address water on a poly tarp? Pump it off in spring. If you used a leaf net too then you'll be able to use just about any submersible pump, like a cheap utility pump. If the lay of the land is right...you can even set up a siphon using your vac hose, vac head and pole. That's free and will get almost all the water off the top pretty quickly since the hose is 1 1/2 inches. Far faster than a garden hose siphon which is only 1/2 inch. If you didn't use a leaf net, your best bet is to rent what's called a trash pump. Usually about 50 bucks or so. This type of pump will not just pump water but also most debris. Usually up to about 70% debris/water mix. A centrifugal pump won't do that but the trash pump will. You'll want to use something like a plastic milk crate around the open suction end. That will allow leafs and water in to get sucked up but not suck up the cover itself. It's what I used to use.Just remember to not flood out your neighbors and to make sure street catch basins are legal to dump to in your municipality. It's not legal in a lot of places and you may be looking at a ticket. You'll also need to keep checking the status of the street catch basin. They will clog up with leafs from the pool and unless you want to flood out the street, you'll need to periodically clean the grate as you pump out the cover water.
Whichever method of draining the cover water off a poly tarp you use, here's a tip. Use your vac pole and pool brush on the cover to clean it of dirt and move that water/dirt to the area of your pump or siphon. You can clean up a tarp pretty well without taking it off the pool and..the kicker is that if you fold it up on the deck after all is said and done...BOTH sides of the cover are clean. Lay it out on a driveway or lawn to clean it and only one side will be clean not to mention the possibility of you snagging it on gates or branches as you drag it away from the pool. Cleaning it while it's still on the pool is how most pros will do it. It's easier, saves time, prevents damage to the cover and does a good job of it.

Whichever type of cover you use will be up to you and your budget. Security covers are great, safe and save you time and effort. Poly tarps are cheap but ugly and take time to put on and remove and have possible entrapment issues for pets and kids.

Daycare help!!!! Safety, Ideas, ect.?

BabaMMGirl

I am thinking about opening a daycare, I need like a list of things I should have any websites on safety are great, and any ideas for it. Also it's gonna be called Butterfly Daycare is that good or do I need to change it. And if I charge $100 per child and $115 for the summer is that a good price I live in Kansas lets say would you come at that price?

Answer
When you apply for your daycare license, they will give you a booklet that contains what standards/child proofing your house must have. Off the top of my head...outlets must be covered, medication must be put in a locked cabinet, tools/yard supplies must be out of reach, you must have a carbon monoxide detector on all levels of your home, you must have a fire alarm in every room where a child sleeps as well as on every level of the home, there must be a gate up to block the children from entering the kitchen, your water heater can not be set above a certain degree (can't remember what it is off the top of my head), there can be no space heaters used during daycare hours, all steps must have a gate, trampolines are not allowed & neither are trapeze rings, big pools must have a locked fence around them, etc, etc.

I charge the same price all year long. I charge $100/wk/child for 5-9 hrs. I charge $125/wk/child for 9-12 hrs. I charge an extra $5 per week for children under 1. I provide meals/drinks/snacks for children ages 1+. Parents need to supply food/formula for children under 1. Parents need to supply diapers & wipes.

Make sure you have the parents sign a contract that states your rate of pay, the hours you are to watch the child & policies, etc. The first few years you're going to run into a lot of situations & learn a lot about how to run this business. When I first started my contract was 1 page, now it's 3. Make sure parents pay you up front & I would get a deposit too. If parents don't give me a two week notice or get behind in payments, your deposit is your protection of payment coverage. Be prepared for your house to get destroyed, it's hard to keep things nice & in good condition. Be prepared to deal with some demanding parents & bad kids, because eventually, you will come across some from time to time. Although I find the kids to be easier to deal with than the parents.

rain puddle on trampoline?

tottally t

I have a trampoline in my backyard and it rained A LOT recently. So when i looked at the trampoline, there was a giant puddle right in the middle of it and the puddle was weighing down the center of the trampoline. Should i take the water out as soon as possible, or can i wait? How do i take the water out? And is there anything i can do in the future to stop this from happening? I have a weather cover on the trampoline but the puddle was so big that it still weighed the trampoline down.

The most important thing to me is SHOPPING (as any other girl :) ...... so, I'd even appreciate it muchhhh more if you tell me about the names of malls there were shopping could go on endlessly...thx in advance, and 10 points for the best answer ;)
I'll go to tunis and sousse

thx alooot!

Answer
First off, Sousse is one of the older cities in Tunisia, and possesses an authentic medina, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1988.

PORT EL KANTAOUI a tourist complex 10 kilometers north of Sousse. It is a modern marina for over 300 boats & several golf courses, as well & a full array of other sporting activities from water skiing to paragliding. The 36-hole PGA approved championship course makes Port El Kantaoui a popular destination for golfing.

AQUA PALACE. There is a new water has many different types of water rides and fun things to enjoy. There are green spaces, beaches, pizzerias, a restaurant, a buffet restaurant, coffee, bars, solarium, shady spots, a children's paddling area with water games, and a relaxing jacuzzi on top of all the exciting rides.

HANNIBAL PARK. It's an amusement park that has a famous roller coaster and has many souvenir shops. Fairground rides set in a fairy tale landscaped park including a merry go-round, trampolines, walk ways, bouncy castle and swings.

HERGLA KARTING PARK. It is another amusement park and offers lots of fun. There is one ride on there that is extremely fun, but not for the faint of heart! I've been on it - it takes you high in the air, and turns you every which way, and even stops and let you dangle for a bit. It also has a mini zoo down by the race tracks.

OASIS PARC BOTANIQUE. A botanic park with over 25,00 aromatic and medicinal plants and birds including ostriches, parrots and various rare chickens, and a bird style circus with clowns and magicians.

FRIGUIA SAFARI PARK. The Park runs a breeding program for threatened species and you can take a drive to see the lions, giraffes and elephants and various other African wildlife that now live there.

GREAT MOSQUE. It is a surprisingly tranquil place despite its location in the middle of the city. Built around 850 AD, the mosque is simple and done in the Aghlabite style; no decoration whatsoever aside from a string of angular Arabic and curved arches. Even the prayer room is covered in reed mats instead of the usual carpet. You must be properly dressed to enter, but green wraps can be rented for a token fee to cover up.

MOSAIC MUSEUM. Located in the gently crumbling old kasbah on the edge of the medina. It has what is clearly Tunisia's second most important collection of mosaics; second only to the Bardo museum in Tunis. The exhibits are dominated by mosaics, but there are many other objects too, like vases, masks, statues and whole burial tombs. The epoch covered here is mainly Roman Tunisia, which are the centuries around year 0. To this period also belong objects from Christian catacombs in the Sousse region. Just look out for objects and mosaics with the 'XP' symbol. Another great attraction are found with the mosaics showing scenes from amphitheaters.

THE TRADITIONAL TUNISIAN HOUSE. This charming little museum is located within the old city walls some 200 yards north of the main bus terminal is the home of a long standing Tunisian family that has now become a museum with the passing of the last family member. The property centers on a open courtyard from which access to all the rooms can be gained, including bedrooms for the first and second wife and, in turn, to the children's rooms. All are delightfully fully furnished, with some curtains dating back 200 years, and with German clocks imported from the 1800's. The house is complete with a tower, originally used to watch the stars for the onset of Ramadan, from which views over Sousse can be gained.

CATACOMBS. Many believe that catacombs were built as hiding areas for Christians during time of persecution under the Romans. And even more are unaware of Tunisia's past as a Christian country. The catacombs were not shelters for the living, but rather for the dead. The tunnels originally stretched for more than 5 km, and contains 15,000 graves. The area open to visitors, has only about 100 metres of tunnels, but you can see through iron gates into continuing tunnels.

Sousse also has great nightlife with many restaurants, discos (both in and out of hotels - there's a pretty good outdoor disco called Bora Bora), cafés, casino, and plenty of shopping! Two of the biggest shopping center are Tej Marhaba and Slim Center, and they are very close together. There is also plenty of shopping along the corniche in central Sousse. The coast has good beaches and a clear turquoise sea - perfect for swimming. You can also take carriage rides throughout the city which is always a fun way to sight-see!

In Tunis:

THE BARDO MUSEUM. 4 km/2.5mi west of Tunis is the suburb of Le Bardo, famed for the Bardo National Museum, which has the world's largest collection of Roman mosaics and other antiquities of interest from Ancient Greece, Carthage and from the Arab period, and it ranks with the Egyptian Museum in Cairo as one of the two great museums of North Africa.

CARTHAGE. It is the famed capitol of the ancient world and is located on the eastern side of Lake Tunis across from the center of modern Tunis. Now there is a museum there where you can view the ruins and ancient artifacts.

SIDI BOU SAID. The town is a tourist attraction because it is known for the extensive use of blue and white colors (the traditional colors of Tunisia) all over the town. All kinds of souvenirs can be bought in the main street. There is the traditional High Coffee there which is worth a look. My favorite is a coffee that overlooks the marina. It has fantastic views and a wonderful ambiance.

THE MEDINA. Just going there you can feel the history come to life. The streets are buzzing with shoppers and sellers. The medina itself contains around 700 monuments, including palaces, mosques, mausoleums, madrasas and fountains dating from the Almohads and the Hafsids periods.

DAR BEN ABDALLAH. A small but interesting museum within an 18th-century palace in the medina, covering the everyday life of a rich merchant in the Ottoman era.

ZITOUNA MOSQUE. The largest mosque in Tunisia. This Aghlabite mosque dates back to the 9th century. Modest dress is essential, and non-Muslims can only enter the courtyard, not the mosque itself.

PORT DE FRANCE. It is comprised of architecture and decoration from many different styles and periods and is believed to stand on the remains of a Roman theater as well as the tenth century palace of Ziadib-Allah II al Aghlab.

CATHEDRAL OF ST. VINCENT DE PAUL. It is located in downtown Tunis. It is a grand church situated in between shops and coffees.

DOWNTOWN TUNIS ITSELF. Here you can see the French influence on Tunisia as many of these old buildings are built in French style. It also is home to a beautiful giant clock tower that is illuminated at night.

LA MARSA. It is a coastal town not far from Tunis. It is a popular vacation spot for many middle class Tunisians, being one of the only accessible beaches in the capitol.

What is the best water trampoline? 10 points for best answer!?

gymnast

my family is buying a house on a lake and i have always dreamed of having a water trampoline. My birthday is in july and i was hoping to use this to my advantage. I am a competitive gymnast and i need the most jumping room for under $400. i would prefer a new one but i know that is hard with my price range. 8 feet of the actual trampoline part will not be enough for me. My dad is hard to convince he needs to have lots of research to even think of buying one. To maximize my chances of actually getting one i need to do a ton of research so he doesn't have to, so please add links. Thank you for your help!

Answer
The following is a list of many of the frequently asked questions about water trampolines.

Q: What is the difference between a water trampoline and a water bouncer?

A: A water trampoline and a water bouncer have a few distinct differences. Water bouncers tend to be smaller, less expensive and also do not produce as high of jumps. This is because water bouncers have netting that is attached directly to the inflation tube whereas water trampolineâs netting is attached by springs to a frame which allows for higher bouncing and can support heavier weight loads.

Q: How do you inflate a water trampoline or bounce platform?

A: The most common method for inflation is using a shop vacuum as they have a high air flow rates. The shop vac should attach to the adapter that comes with most water trampolines, water bouncers and accessories. There are also pumps available for inflation of your water trampoline of choice. We do NOT recommend using an air compressor to inflate your water trampoline as over inflation can damage the tube.

Q: What type of warranty comes with water trampolines?

A: The warranty differs depending on which brand of water trampoline you choose. Most brands come with at least a one year warranty as long as the product has not been used for commercial purposes. We suggest you check with the bradnâs home webpage to find out the specific warranty.

Q: How much and how long does it take to ship a water trampoline?

A: Right now we are offering free shipping on all water trampolines. Shipping will take approximately 7-10 business days. For more information on this check out our shipping page located at the bottom of our homepage.

Q: Do all Rave products need to be anchored and if so how?

A: Water bouncers and water trampolines do need to be anchored. The smaller water bouncers should be anchored with a simple D-ring anchor or a weight over 20 pounds will suffice. Water trampolines require a weight of over 60 pounds and bell anchors are recommended. Additional information is provided in the ownerâs manual that is provided with your purchase.

Q: Should bouncers wear life vests?

A: Yes, safety is key in enjoying any water trampoline or water bouncer. No matter how deep the water is life vests should be worn at all times.

Q: Where is the form for the free attachment located on your site?

A: There is a link to the form for a free attachment located on the homepage of the website in the top right corner.

Q: Can water trampolines be left out in the water?

A: Most people leave water trampolines out for an entire season and take them out during the colder months. Two things to consider are local regulations about anchoring in your area and the wind speeds around your area. Water trampolines or other products should not be anchored in the water during wind speeds exceeding 15 miles per hour.

Q: Are water trampolines repairable or patchable?

A: Most product come with a repair kit and instructions on how to patch up holes. The kit contains adhesive and extra piece of fabric along with a comprehensive instruction manual. Other parts may need to be replaced in time such as springs or the jump surface.

Q: Can water trampolines be used on land?

A: Yes, but only on grassy even surfaces. it should not but used on gravel or rocks. A water trampoline will not have the bouncing abilities of a land trampoline because it is meant to be used in the water and the tube will absorb most of the energy.

Q: How deep should the water be when using a water trampoline?

A: A water trampoline or water bouncer should never be used in less than six feet of water in order to prevent any injuries.

Q: How long is total set up time?

A: Total set up time ranges depending on which product you purchase. Water bouncers require only inflation which typically takes a maximum of thirty minutes while water trampolines can take a bit longer because the assembly of the fame and jumping surface is required.

I have provided a link to a plethora of information on water-trampolines and bouncers.

what is this game called?

Brad

I saw this game at the beach; it involved a little trampoline and a ball that you could hit off the trampoline so the other player would have a tough time getting it, almost like volleyball. Anyways, it looked fun and i was just wondering what it was called and where i could buy it. Thanks!

Answer
Bossaball.. to play bossaball, you will need a volleyball net, trampolines or inflatables, and a volleyball. It incorporates aspects of gymnastics, soccer, and volleyball.

Can someone help me find these online games? (or something similar)?

Lenoirleon

There are two games I'm looking for. Both were free and on-line. One is a diving game-I believe it was created in a foreign country. You had a diver who jumped off a platform and did as many tricks as possible and tried to hit the water head first. I believe the name of the game started with a K and I've looked, but cannot find it. Also, I think there was quite a bit of bright pink on the title screen.

Also, I'd like to find a gymnastics game on-line-not the trampoline one on CBC games-I've played it quite a bit. I used to play one with uneven bars-if someone could find something like that, I'd appreciate it.

Answer

PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP! I LOVE U IF U CAN HELP

Answer
Get your trampoline wet and jump aroud YOU JUMP SUPER HIGH . then u can play some volley ball i think you should rent a dunk tank from a web sight or a HUGE slippin slide those are super fun. Then got lots of water guns and games that involve wet from target or something. I have this thing where you put a water ballon in the ball ting pass it around then all of a sudden it pops and who ever has it gets splashed. Maybe with the Water guns you can get chairs and garbage cans and tjhings like that to hide behind then you can get water ballons and have a water gun and balloon war.
