water trampoline turtle on Home Island Hopper

Lissy Kind

Okay so I have been out of school for 9 days already and I have done NOTHING but go to the lake and catch some creatures. I need to get motivated to DO SOMETHING this summer, and I was wondering if you guys could give me a list. I am a 14 year old girl and I am pretty much a tom boy. I go into mud and dirty water and catch things like frogs, tadpoles, fish, etc. I love animals and catching them to look and play with them. Although, I do need other things to do also. This is my list so far. Oh and if possible can you list some things I can do that includes my little dog? Thanks!
The bigger list the better!! :)

1.) Have a lemonade stand
2.) Water Trampoline
3.) Invent a Dance
4.) Go Turtle Hunting
5.) Swim in the Lake
6.) Play with my dog
7.) Take my dog on a walk
8.) Swim with my dog
9.) Dress up really nicely and go to a fast food restaurant
10.) Go somewhere and talk in a fake accent the whole time
11.) Send a balloon off with a note from me
12.) Go Tubing
13.) Float on a Tube in the lake
14.) Buy gamebird bird eggs and raise the baby chicks
15.) Learn how to fully do an aerial

:)

Answer

im going on the new royal caribbean ship, freedom of the seas?

<3

we are doing the western caribbean itinerary (labadee, grand caymond, jamaica, cozemel, and somewhere eles i forgot)
has anyone been on the ship? is it nice? big? did you like it? did you do the surf thing?

what about the itinerary? which was your favorite island? excurtions?
thanks a bunch =]

Answer
I was on this cruise at the end of June, 2007. You can read my review if you like (it is about 13 type written pages long) ...

http://www.cruisecritic.com/memberreviews/memberreview.cfm?EntryID=30442

I also was on the western itinerary. This was my second time on this itinerary. I did the same itinerary on the Navigator of the Seas in August 2004.

Monday is a day at sea. Your first port is Labadee on Tuesday. This is a private beach owned by Royal Caribbean (RCI). It is a good day to just relax on the beach. The small kids land based water park (Lucâs Splash Bash) was free. The bigger Aqua Park is water based and costs $15 for 50 minutes. There are water trampolines and a water see-saw and plastic icebergs for climbing. There are also Wave Runners, but it is a follow the leader type excursion. There are many other things to do, but I recommend just relaxing at the beach and enjoying the day.

If you are adventurous, then try the 500 foot high, 2600 foot long zip line that goes over the water. Sign up for this online, as it is very popular and might be sold out by the time the ship sails.

Wendesday is spent at Ocho Rios. The street vendors can get a little pushy in Jamaica, so be prepared. As you walk away from the dock on your right is the Island Village Shopping Center (just like a mall in the United States). To the left is a very nice beach. It is nice because the street vendors are not allowed in. I was there in August 2004 and it cost $1 to get in. The sand was more like powder. I also did the river tubing, which was fun. In June 2007 we went to Dunn's River Falls. That was hard work, but it was also a lot of fun.

Thursday is spent in Grand Cayman. Like Labadee, this is a tender port (the ship docks in Ocho Rios and Cozumel) which means you take a smaller boat from the ship to the dock. Allow extra time for this.

Both times I went to Grand Cayman I went to Stingray City. For some reason I just really like feeding the stingrays. Seven Mile Beach is just north of the tender dock and is a world class beach. The turtle farm is also popular. Grand Cayman is also well known for its scuba diving.

Friday is Cozumel. It seems to have fully recovered from the hurricane that hit it two years ago. In August 2004 I swam with both a dolphin and a seal. In June 2007 we did some kayaking and snorkeling. Both were fun (though I enjoyed feeding the stingrays more than swimming with the dolphin and seal).

Finally Saturday is another day at sea.

The ship is huge!. Two days at sea are not enough time to fully explore the ship. I did not go on the Flowrider (the surf thing). Unfortunately the Flowrider is not open all day, which limits the number of people who can enjoy it, since it cannot handle as many people in an hour as say the mini water park (H2O Zone) or ice skating (both of which are also available on the ship).

Other activities include the pools (separate from the H2O Zone) rock climbing, miniature golf and people watching in the Royal Promenade. There are also several lounges and an adults disco.

This ship is also great for teens because of the Living Room (a place for the teens to hang out with other teens) and Fuel (the teen disco with a soft drink bar). These two areas are exclusively for the teens (no little kids and no parents).

I recommend you take a look at the central promenade (which is on deck five) from one of the balconies between the elevators on decks six, seven or eight - and be prepared to be Wowed!

It is a great ship that has a lot to offer. Unfortunately one week is not long enough. My favorite excursion is Stingray City on Grand Cayman. My favorite island is Labadee because it is a great place to just relax. I am sure you will have a great time on this ship.

How to convince your parents to get a trampoline?

water trampoline pump on Home Water Trampoline Water Launch Pad Addons About Us Blog Contact
water trampoline pump image
Q.

Answer
Ok. Here goes.

Trampolining is a great cardio exercise. It tones muscles, burns fat and boosts your metabolism.

It wards off obesity.

Jumping releases endorphins which give you a more positive outlook on life.

Anyone can use it. Any age or size...

You can use water on the trampoline or a sprinkler under the tramp (if the mat is mesh) for those hot summer days.

It gets you out in the great outdoors.

Its good for the heart and all other body systems by getting the blood pumping.

These are just some great reasons...hopefully that helps you out!

What maintenance is required if I do NOT open my Anthony gunnite 25,000 gal pool? Can it harm the pool?

Diane W

Due to illness in the family, I am not able to open my inground pool this summer in Northern New Jersey. Is there anything I should do for maintenance? Can it damage the pool by not opening and circulating the water?

Answer
I used to work for the only Anthony dealer here in southern Ontario, so I reckon I can help.
If the pool was closed correctly and equipment winterized properly , it'll be fine. There are only 2 things to consider. What type of winter cover if any and the water underneath it.
If the cover is a poly tarp and water bag, just make sure all the bags are ok. Drain off as much water as you can from the top of the cover, as well as remove debris, if possible. The water is the bigger issue of the two. If the level gets up to your tile line before freeze over, it may crack some tiles. Check the water under the cover for Cl content. If it's 0 then add a shock and re cover.
If the cover is what we call a "safety cover", like a trampoline, then just do a pump out down to the returns again. Keeping the water clear in this case is difficult. It will likely go green, if it hasn't already. Safety covers are porous and let a lot of stuff in. You best bet, is liquid chlorine a few times this summer, followed by a dose right at ice in. Break a hole in the ice if you have to. The results in spring will be worth it.
The Marbalite finnish won't get hurt any more than in a normal operating cycle with the exception of the steps where you may notice more spider webbing (hairline cracks) or spalding (coin sized wafers of marbalite disloged). Normal, it will happen eventually in any Marbalite pool that has to be drained for winterizing. Californians and Floridians are lucky in that respect.
The pool walls may become more stained than usual, but that's going to be two winters of staining, and to be expected. It WILL come clean next spring, just a little more work.
Hope all this helps. I miss working on Anthony DE filters, they are, in my opinion the best out there. Unfortunately the Dealer I worked for, went under, there are only 3 guys in Ontario left that know the pools or the systems and we rarely get to see one anymore. Most have been retrofitted with Hayward or worse junk.

Workout and Muscle building, whitout any equipment.?

water trampoline blast bag on super tramp Super Wallaby Trampoline, Green - review, compare prices ...
water trampoline blast bag image

Ben

Does anybody know a good workout (Please with no equipment) for:
1) Building Muscle (Upper and Lower body)
2) Losing Fat
If it makes any difference I am a man.

Answer
Equipment as in dumbbells or just any equipment at all?

Here are some things (that I don't consider 'equipment') that will dominate over any old body weight exercises:

-Car pushing until your legs give way (self explanatory).
-Anvil or any other heavy chunk of steal that you can lift, press, bear hug, hold and squat, you have endless options.
-Bags of sand. Press them, put 2 over your shoulders and walk with them, throw them, again there are many options.
-Barrels or containers filled with water. Deadlift it, floor press it, lift it and walk with it, bear-hug it and squat with it, etc.
-Chin ups and pull ups, or use a towel and wrap over the bar so you have to grip like hell onto the towel and then perform chin ups or pull ups.

Cardio based exercises that will further help with fat loss:
-Up hill sprinting. It's simple, sprint as fast as you can up a steep hill.
-Trampoline. Not sure whether your into skateboarding but if you can get onto a deck (no wheels or trucks), then trampboarding is a very fun way to blast off fat.
-Skipping. Not as fun as trampboarding, or as intense as up hill sprinting, but works well none the less.
-Swimming. Short fast swimming sprints are always good for fat burning.

Hope this helps.

Sweet 16th Birthday party?

tigerlily-

My 16th birthday is in October and I have no idea what to do. Most of my friends have really laid-back parents that let them go clubbing until 4 am (I live in Cyprus where people just don't give a damn and IDs might as-well not exist). I have been to a few of these parties. After the most recent one, however, I had a bit of a hang-over and my mum found out I'd been drinking & stayed out way after my curfew. So there's no way I'd be able to go to a club for my birthday.

I have no idea what to do. I'm not allowed a house party but I'm allowed around 20 people over. I have a pool (which might be too cold in October), a trampoline & a large garden. My friend suggested getting a big gazebo/tent type thing & having a party in there then maybe set up sleeping bags in the gazebo. I'm just worried that compaired to all the club parties, mine will be boring.

Any ideas or tips will be very welcome!!! =D

10 points for best answer!

Answer
get a big white ten thing that fits over ur whole yard and put up lights everywhere, have big table of food and if you can, get a DJ.
If not then ask your friends to give you some music suggestions then burn a CD with your and your friends' favourite songs. Play it on a CD player outside or, if you have one, a surround sound system.
Make it like a V.I.P. thing and have VIP passes as your invitations(if ur giving out invitations). Have a guest list and have one of you parents stand at the door with the list to make sure only ur 20 friends get in.(ur parents will like that idea cause it helps limit the numbers.) Also make a big sign 2 put on the door that says (ur name)'s VIP Party.
Where white and ask all your friends to wear white too. everyone will look amazing all together.
if you can, it'd be really cool if you could get two large planks of wood and put them together across your pool, like a bridge and put lights on the edges (it looks really cool)

if you can't do a bridge then get some white plastic plates and put lit candles on them and have them floating on the water in your pool and get some flowers and have the pedals floating in water with the candles. It will look amazing and u can't compare that to a club.

Put lights all around your trampoline to.

Have a "NO going in the pool" rule cause it will be really cold

If you have enough room then have a "dance floor" area

After everyone else leaves, have a few close friends sleepover. Watch some movies, eat some popcorn, talk and have fun.

Good Luck, Party Hard and Have a Blast!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. can u please help me with my question????:

Ideas needed to create a "Fun Room" for Vacation Bible School?

SAM

Each year at VBS we try to create something fun to reward the children that brought vistiors. Last year we made a maze using cardboard boxes. Another time we filled the baptismal tub (about 10ft long and 5ft wide) with balloons and about 3 inches of water for them to walk through. We thought about burring items in a sand box for them to dig for, but voted that one down because of the mess. This year are thinking about do something with a black light and packing peanuts or shreaded paper, but our own children think parts of the idea are lame. Anyone out there have some successful ideas for us to use?

Answer
i like the trampoline idea...to take it further for bible camp..
you could have a rampup to it and throw stuffed animals in there like noah's ark.

ideas for my party?!?

inflatable pillow trampoline on Beanless Bag Inflatable Chair - Air Beds and Pillows

irgendwo

im turning 13 and i want to have a party with 10 or 11 friends. its gonna be in mid july. i wanted to have a pool party but... i dont have a pool! :,( so what do i do? any ideas please? yes im a girl. idk, probably at my house. we have a trampoline and playground. :P
any ideas for a fun party?
stuff you can do at a house with no pool. :P thanks!

Answer
You can do a spa party. Ask your mom or older sister/cousin/aunt if they will come and do your and your friends' hair, make-up, manicures and pedicures. If not, pair up and do it for each other. Tell your friends to bring their favorite polish and flip flops so they don't ruin their pedicures. Then have lots of snacks and junk food, etc.

No matter what party you do, you can set up an ice cream bar. Get chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream and lots of toppings. Sprinkles, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and marachino cherries. Go to the dollar store and get those tall, plastic sundae glasses and everyone make their own sundaes. You can even get the bowls that are made out of waffle cones at the grocery store.

You can do a Hollywood Movie party. Get some red fabric and lay it at the entrance of your house and on both sides put some solar lights if you have them and your friends will be entering on the red carpet. Take their pictures as they're coming in.

Go to the dollar store and get some feathery boas, sunglasses, etc. Then at the craft store get some blank frames. You can get the boas at the craft store too. At the dollar store or Blockbuster, get those cardboard popcorn buckets and some popcorn and big boxes of movie candy. Rent your favorite movies.

Hang a white sheet somewhere in your house. You and your friends can pose with your boas and props and take pictures in front of the sheet. The sheet will block out any distractions behind you. Like when the stars stop on the red carpet in front of that white area and take pictures, you and your friends can pose and have fun.

At movie time, everyone gets their own popcorn bucket and pass around the candy! Tell your friends to bring their blankets and pillows to lounge out during the movie.

After the movie is the "after" party with the food and cake and ice cream. Have whatever food you like, whether it's pizza, a taco bar with all the toppings, etc, and cake and ice cream.

Then you and your friends can decorate those blank frames. Paint them, and at the craft store in the scrapbooking section they have tons of movie stickers, you can put them on there and then your friends have something to bring home from the party and put their favorite picture in.

You can also take advantage of the nice weather and do an outdoor party. Have a bbq with hamburgers and hot dogs and have the toppings too. Do tomatos and lettuce with ketchup for the burgers and mustard and saurkrut for the hot dogs. You can do baked beans and french fries too.

Then you can set up a volley ball net and play volleyball and badmitten.

Have waterballoon fights.

Do relay races, potato sack races, three legged races, wheelbarrel races where one person stands and holds the other person's legs and you race to the finish line.

Then you can do a pie eating contest, but instead of pie, do whipped cream in a pie tin.

You can also get an inflatable kiddie pool and fill it with water, break into 2 teams and have a tug of war, the losing team ends up in the pool!

You can also do a sit down dinner party. Talk to your mom and either send out for food or with your mom, cook the meal from appetizers to dessert. Set the table in a formal manner from the cloth tablecloth to cloth napkins, etc and have a sit down dinner party with your friends.

I hope some of these ideas helped and that you have a great party and a very Happy Birthday

what are some fun things to do with a 2 year old during the summer?

just_a_gir

i am pregnant with our second child now and my son will be turning 2 years old next week. my husband and i want to do some fun things with him this summer since we probably wont be able to do much next summer. we have discussed taking him to disney world but i am afraid he is not old enough to enjoy it. do you think he is too young or do you think it would be fun for him?
thanks you for all the great ideas! i never really thought about taking him camping. we live in tennessee and we about 20 mins away from a lot of really great campsites plus lots of lakes. we may wait on the disney world thing til he is older.

Answer
I think Disney World would be great! There are plenty of little rides for him, but I think he would enjoy it more and remember it better when he gets older.

I think it would be cheaper (and mean a lot more to him) if you spent your vacation money on stuff to do at home. Get him a nice pool. Inflatable or not, I've seen some nice ones at the dollar store for $25 and are big enough for four people or so. That's big enough for the three of you to get in and splash around. I think he'd have even more fun if you let him go through the store and pick out water toys to play with too. When he's young, all he wants to do is spend time with his parents and feel loved.

Aside from water (which was ALWAYS my favorite), try chalk. Inexpensive and fun. Get him a little bike with training wheels and let him play with that. Rent movies and stay up late in the summer watching them with some popcorn or snacks. Go camping! Oh how I LOVED camping!! You can go just about anywhere nowadays and find a place to hike, sit in a canoe or paddle boat, fish, and have a fire. I know I always loved watching a fire, making smores, and throwing in small sticks and feeling like I was a big help. Also, try building something. Maybe this summer your husband can have some bonding time with your son and build a club house? That'd be a great place for him to play as well as a wonderful place for the new baby to play in when she gets older too!

Try asking your son what he wants to do during the week and plan for it on the weekend if he wants to go out someplace. I don't know if your son likes babysitters, but my boyfriend's niece and nephew LOVED playing in the McDonalds play place with us. They did for hoouurrrsss. In the end, we were more tired! I also babysit girls who just have a ball when I'm over and are constantly asking for me. You might look in your church or someplace and find a good, social babysitter to play with your kids.

Sprinklers, water balloons, fire fly catching, camping, butterfly catching, fishing, frog catching, drawing with chalk, etc.

Dollar Stores are my favorite for anything. One thing I love getting is Silly String. You can pick up a can for about $2 each. Get half a dozen in your favorite colors and go outside and shoot each other. Run behind trees and have fun. Also try adding water balloons to the play fun.

If you're really into the idea of a vacation more than several camping trips because you don't like the mosquitoes or the idea of not taking a shower everyday gets to you, try some place more like a beach or lake. I went to a wonderful resort in Tennessee that had a beach. There was a small lake and nice sand as well as a nice pool. Though he'd need some assistance in the water, I think that would be great!

Try to spend everyday with him doing something fun. Cook with him, make arts and crafts (supplies at a dollar store like popsicle sticks, play dough, paints, etc!), and make every little day something special. Buy a CD Player and play his favorite songs while you clean or are having fun. Buy a mini trampoline he can jump on and make "obstacle courses" out of pillows and blankets over chairs that you guys have to run through.

I know my parents are big on vacations, but they were never really all that much fun for me because someone was always fighting with someone else. It's nice since it's just the three of you, so it might work! But I know I always got along best (and had the most fun and made the best memories) when we were just doing something at home together. (:

Any ideas of how to lose weight in a month?

water trampolines amazon on The Space Review: Rockets, real and model-sized
water trampolines amazon image

Justasimpl

I gave birth to my baby and i am still so overweight. My weight is 195 and im 5'7. I really want to lose at least 30 pounds in a months. So any ideas? I know i have to exercise and drink lots of water but any diets or teas to lose weight?

Answer
Combining Aerobic Exercise With Toning Exercises Along With Eating Healthy Will Give You Quick Results:

1. AEROBIC EXERCISE
Aerobic/Cardio Exercise will get rid of FAT located ANYWHERE on the body! Burn calories/fat by doing aerobic exercise at least 30 to 45 minutes per day, 4 or 5 days per week. Each person is different! You may need MORE or LESS exercise depending on your age, body weight, and calorie/food intake. Do a Warm Up and Stretches BEFORE exercising to prevent injury! Do a Cool Down and Stretches AFTER exercising to prevent body stiffness! You must continue to SHOCK YOUR BODY to keep losing weight! If you do the SAME exercise routine for months, your body will get use to that routine and not work as hard to burn calories/fat, therefore you will not see results! Easy INDOOR aerboic exercise includes dancing to your favorite music (dance hard to break a sweat), step aerobics using a step bench, rebound aerobics using a mini trampoline, or doing aerobic exercise videos that can be bought at Amazon website or Collage Video website.

2. TONE YOUR WHOLE BODY OR YOUR ABS
Callanetics is deep muscle exercises using small and gentle motions that will QUICKLY tighten hips, butt, thighs, flatten the belly, lift the bust, firm the underarms, and tone the entire body. Go to Amazaon website and read the reviews for the exercise DVD or VHS tape: Callanetics 10 Years Younger In 10 Hours by Callan Pinckney. Over 100 people gave this video 5 stars! Also, this 1986 video is still being manufactured because of the high positive reviews! Per other reviews, the Callanetics 10 Years Younger In 10 Hours (dvd) includes the Quick Callanetics Stomach (dvd) routine on it. Google search Callenetics Management Company to find Callan Pinckney official website. TONING EXERCISES or Weight/Resistance/Strength Training helps define, tone, and strengthen your muscles, plus it INCREASES YOUR METABOLISM TO BURN MORE CALORIES/FAT. Don't do toning exercises on consecutive days! Your muscles need at least 1 day of rest to repair themselves!

3. EAT MORE HEALTHY FOODS AND LIMIT JUNK FOOD
There is NO NEED TO DO A SPECIAL DIET, just simply eat more healthy foods/drink water and limit junk food! When it comes to eating unhealthy/junk foods, learn MODERATION and PORTION CONTROL! Limit your intake (not completely stop eating, which is unreasonable) of the following things: greasy/oily/fried foods, high fat dairy foods, animal meat that has untrimmed fat (eat LEAN meat only), desserts, chips, candy, soda pop, punch, coffee, tea, alcohol, frozen meals, fast food restaurants, and other foods/liquids that are high in sugar, salt, sodium, fat, calories. Read the nutrition label on each product before buying! Also, eating some fat is necessary for good health! Good fats are the unsaturated fats and bad fats are the saturated fats.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1.HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS IS A VERY SLOW PROCESS! You should only lose a maximum of 2 pounds per week! One pound equals 3500 calories. Losing more than 2 pounds a week is dangerous: You will be REDUCING your MINIMUM nutritional requirements for good health!

Give your room the "WOW Factor" by integrating everything into a theme. I didn't notice anything about music in your room, but you may not be into that. Gaming and sports seem like your interests. I'll give you an example of each.

i'm trying to get ideas for a huge list i'm making of fun things to do :]

Answer
My favorite seasons!!! :D I get so happy in the spring and summer. Just reading this question made me feel a little cheerier! lol. Just a few of my faves:

- going swimming. Having your own backyard pool is a must in Phoenix, so a lot of my summertime memories revolve around swimming. : ]

- picnics! There are some really great mountains here that make for good dayhikes, and a little picnic at the top enjoying the view is so fun. Or there's always the picnic-in-the-park, or even your yard. There's just something about eating outside that makes it taste so much better!

- playing at the park -- sports, games, or just monkeying around on the playground :D

- having a neighborhood "Relive Your Childhood" party, with everyone running through the sprinklers, eating cherry popsicles, blasting good "summertime" music, etc. Or, if the adults prefer, sitting in lawnchairs sipping strawberry lemonade, getting some sun while watching through their sunglasses as the kids play. lol

- barbecues! This goes well with the last one. They must include certain foods, though -- ESPECIALLY cracking open a watermelon for dessert!

- having a watermelon seed spitting contest :D

- water balloon fights!

- flying a kite (best in spring)

- having a driveway art exhibition, sharing you & your friends'/family's/kids' sidewalk chalk creations, awarding prizes for most creative, most colorful, most abstract, and whatever other awards you can think of -- but everyone must get one, if kids are involved! It's more fun that way. : )

- playing Cowboys and Indians

- 'camping out' in the backyard, either in a tent or, if the weather is suitable & you feel it's safe, sleeping bags/blankets on a giant trampoline. It's fantastic for stargazing. We've done this many times, but! You have to remember to put a blanket UNDER you as well as over, otherwise you'll freeze even if you pile on the blankets. Yes, we really did have to find this out from experience! lol (Idk how cold it gets at night in other places, but it can cool off quite a bit at night here in the desert)

- if it's too hot to camp outside in your yard, build blanket forts inside! We used to have sleepovers in our blanket fort under the dining room table (I have 8 siblings, so it was a big table) and the various other forts we set up all throughout the house. For some reason, scary ghost stories were always more spooky INDOORS than out! We'd even microwave S'mores for the occasion. : )

- hide and seek/tag -- with squirtguns, if you're adventurous! ; )

- going to a water park

- making fun hot-weather treats: frozen kool-ade pops, pudding parfaits, homemade ice cream or sno-cones, that sorta thing (then enjoying them together, of course!)

- planting and tending a garden <3

- going to a museum or amusement park

- garage sale crawls at 8 AM

- going to the zoo and letting the kids take pictures with a cheap disposable camera

- taking a daytrip to a nearby state park or local attraction. Here in AZ, some ideas would be any of the nearby ghost towns, the Grand Canyon, Sedona (for the creeks & the touristy shops), Montezuma's Castle & other ruins, or any of the state's lakes (I can never get enough time in/near the water!)

- speaking of lakes... FISHING! If you live someplace where there isn't really a good natural fishing spot (like I do : P), look for artificial lakes that allow fishing

Those are just some examples of the stuff we do in the spring and summer that ALWAYS make for good times and great memories! <3

I need help with packing! even tho i travel lots!?

Answer
Put everything together, put it in suitcases or bags you have laying around and measure. Mostly you can borrow a suitcase for this from a family member or friend, certainly if you do not need it for the real travel.

I think you need to start with your gear, the life jacket and wetsuit, and the warm clothes. I guess that those will mostly fill a fair size suitcase.
You can than fill the corners and other empty spots with your swimsuits, shorts, underwear and so on.

If you are restricted to one suitcase only, you may need to put the rest of your gear in a backpack and carry that on the plane. In that case you should restrict your 'extra clothes for hanging around and extra shoes' to the absolute minimum.
If you can check in two suitcases, make sure they both fall within the size limits, that might mean that you have to put your wetsuit in a different case than your life jacket.

The stuff to do on the plane needs to be in your hand luggage, and should not be too much. Bring an Ipod or MP3 player. A game, which can be an electronic hand held one, like a gameboy, but also a pack of cards. And a book.
And bring a diary and a camera, you may want to buy one of the waterproof one time use camera's, so you can also use it on, in and around the water.
Put your toilet bag in your suitcase, in it you need at least soap, shampoo, tooth brush and paste and a comb. If you have long hair, put a hand full of hair ties in it too.

I think the camp will be a blast, have fun.

I am 5'4 and weigh 140. I used to be in cheerleading but stopped two years ago. I was fit and weighed 127. I feel like its so hard to lose this weight!!! What exercise should I do and for how long?!?! And what kind of meals should I eat for breakfast lunch and dinner? Thanks guys!!

Go to Amazon website and read the reviews for the exercise DVD or VHS tape: Callanetics 10 Years Younger In 10 Hours by Callan Pinckney. Your muscles need at least 1 day (24 hours) of rest to repair themselves!

I'm a stay at home mom, so i dont have time to go to the gym to work off all of the baby fat..?
