HELP!! dying of summer boredom

okay i need help. IAM SOOOO BOREDD. i have no pool, no trampoline just a old bike. i want to live up my summer without spending all of it inside on the computer. i want to be outsider and enjoy the nice weather but i have no idea what to do. HELP!

have a lemonade stand!!

(homemade lemonade is best, and it will keep you amused longer. add lemon juice to a mixture of sugar and water.cooking the sugar and water together has best results because they combine better.) or add some strawberries and make it pink lemonade!!

making a sign and stuff is also fun!

Q. want to lose 20-30 pounds by august,i want to know how should i workout,i cant go to the gym or anything like that,but heres what i have to work with at home,
mini trampoline
treadmill
thats it,now i want u to tell me how much i should do on the treadmill,trampoline,etc,im willing to work hard!

I lost 30 pounds in 3 = 4 months by doing the following:

Drink ONLY water and lots of it! (most important)

Eat three meals:

Breakfast (cereal + a little milk)
Lunch (simple sandwich)
Dinner (normal homemade dinner except smaller portions)

If you get hungry between meals eat fruit.

Again, the most important thing is to drink water all day. No juice, no soda, no diet anything; just WATER! I didn't do any exercise except walking any chance I could.

Follow these steps and you'll notice weight loss within a week or two, that will motivate you to keep at it.
