Emily

Answer
Put water balons on the trampoline

I NEED TO KNOW SOME TRAMPOLINE GAMES.?

LORA W

Answer
My family and I know some that were quite popular in my hometown, Georgetown, South Carolina. (everybody had a trampoline down there.) Anyway, even though I've moved to Tennessee since then, we still goof off with the same games.

My personal favorite is called Popcorn. In this game, all the players (At least three) are placed on the trampoline. One is the Popper, and the other are the "kernels." The kernels have to ball up as tight as they can and hold on tight; if they let go and sprawl out, they have been popped. At the beginning of the game, the Popper jumps up and down like normal. The last "kernel" to pop wins and gets to be the next Popper. It's most fun when there are four or more players, but care should be taken to avoid injury while playing. It can get rough, especially when bigger kids and adults are playing.

The second that I know of is called Dead Man. The game begins like the other one, with three or more players. One player, the Dead Man, lays in the center of the trampoline. The others say the line, "Dead man, dead man, what time is it?" And the dead man replies, "Time to die!" The Dead Man, blindfolded or with eyes closed, has to find the other players by way of hearing the other players or feeling their movements through the trampoline. It's sort of like Marco polo, but on land instead of in the water. The Dead Man has to be careful to feel his way around the trampoline so that he or she doesn't fall through the springs or off the side of the trampoline. Like in Popcorn, last one tagged wins and gets to be the next Dead Man.

Another is one that my little sister made up, called Rodeo. It's essentially the same as the last two as far as rules go. One player is the Bull, and the others are the cowboys. The Bull bounces on the trampoline on all fours, rather, well, like a bull would charge and buck. The Bull's job is to knock the other players off their feet and onto the trampoline. Last one standing gets to be the next Bull. The one in danger of injury in this game is the Bull; watch out for trampoline burns on the knuckles of both hands and feet alike, and possibly knees if wearing shorts.

Exercise benefits from a mini trampoline?

tone

I'm considering buying a mini exercise trampoline. What are the benefits fitness wise?

Answer
The benefits of using a mini trampoline as part of a healthy lifestyle include:

- 68% more efficient than jogging (NASA, Journal of Applied Physiology 49(5): 881-887)
- Fights fatigue by strengthening the glandular system to increase the capabilities of the thyroid gland, the pituitary gland and the adrenals.

- Rebounding has a natural analgesic effect on the body which helps to relieve joints and pain in the neck, back, and head through the increase of circulation and oxygen flow.

- Conditions and strengthens the heart which allows the resting heart to beat less often. This in turn sends a stronger surge of blood through the veins.

- It provides an extremely effective 'no impact' exercise - especially important for those with less mobility or undergoing rehabilitation.

- Rebounding has been found to lower elevated cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

- It increases metabolism which assists the body in burning more calories.

- One of the primary causes of aging is the declining performance of the heart and circulatory system. Rebounding is incredibly effective in increasing the performance of both the heart and the circulatory system and thus slows the aging process.

- Rebounding specifically stimulates the flow of lymph fluid through the lymphatic system. The change in gravitational forces allows for greater blood flow and this increases the amount of waste and toxins flushed from the body. Rebounding can increase lymph flow by up to 15%!

- Rebounding has also been found to enhance digestion, relaxation, sleep patterns, nerve impulses and muscle fiber.

- Blood pressure can be significantly reduced by rebounding. This is achieved by boosting the muscle tone of the middle arterial muscles and the improvements to the circulatory system.

Who Can Use a Mini Trampoline / Rebounder?
Rebounders are suitable for everyone - in fact, this is one of the reasons why rebounders are such sound investments! The whole family is able to benefit from rebounding, from toddlers to grandparents. Many rebounders come with stabilisers which can help when you first start rebounding or if you are rebounding as part of a course of physiotherapy.

Starting Out on a Mini Trampoline / Rebounder
It is really easy to start rebounding on a mini trampoline. No particular specific instructions or courses are required and most rebounders come with ample guidance and often supporting exercise videos.

As a rough guide, start by testing the water with small steps and bounces. Once you feel more comfortable you can enable your body to bounce higher and higher away from the mat. If you are beginning a new fitness regime with a rebounder it is important not to overdo it on your first few sessions. Start with light rebounding for 4-5 minutes and slowly build up your time.

Does anyone know what this water toy is called?

Anna

It's like a big balloon that floats on top of the water, and you jump from a raised platform onto it. There is also someone else on the toy, who in turn gets launched into the air and falls into the water. It looks like so much fun! But I can't figure out where to get it.

Lakes in Canada? Finding a lake house?

Melissa

Last year my friend went to Canada and rented a lake house. She said something about Monroe? Maybe the name of the lake? She also stopped in a Ben and Jerry's near by the lake and bought a shirt there. There might also have been a water trampoline there. I know its a stretch, but does anyone know of some place similar? They rented the lake house for a week or maybe longer? Any help is greatly appreciated!! Please all serious answers, and no I can't ask her.
She drove through Vermont so somewhere near there...Quebec and Montreal. Also she said something about eating sugar pie? Idk if that can help at all or if it is popular.

Answer
I've never been but based on your clues and a quick Google search, it sounds like she may have been talking about Lac Monroe which is located in Parc National du Mont Tremblant. It's located in the province of Quebec (north of Vermont) and the only Ben and Jerry's within Quebec are in Montreal. Sugar Pie is also a Quebecois specialty (the closest comparison I can give you is it is like pecan pie without the pecans). This park is the largest national park in Quebec and Mont Tremblant is a popular skiing area in winter.

Hopefully these links can get you started.

can our neighbors sue us if their kids get hurt on our water trampoline?

Topher L

my mom bought a water trampoline this summer. after a couple of days of having it out there the neighbor kids asked if they could play on it. we didnt want to be jerks and said yes, but only once. now they just go on it when ever they feel like it. we are not even friends with our nieghbors. weir not mean either, but its not a very good relationship. if one of their kids or some other idiot comes and gets hurt on the dang thing will we get sued? and yah i know people can sue over anything, but will my family be most likely to win? oh and could someone tell me how i should say i dont want youre kids jumping on our trampoline?
technically the trampoline isnt on our land. its like a sidewalk in a residential area in front of your house kind of deal, only its water. i dont know if that helps the case.
will getting them to sign a waiver do anything? my grandpa is a lawyer and i havent asked him yet, but ill start on here first.

Answer
Of course you can. Your parents are 100% liable for anyone who gets hurt on it. There is no way in hell your parents would win if there really is an injury.

Help with Sweet Sixteen Party?

Raquel

So, my 16th is in October, and my house is pretty small. I have a basement, but it needs to be remodeled. The floor is cement, the walls are brick and the overhead beams are visible. My backyard is middle sized and I have a trampoline and a small pool (Like 10 ft diameter).

I wanted to invite like 17 people (assuming all of them can come) and celebrate during the end of the summer, like September, so we can use the pool and trampoline? I have an iPod and speakers I can set up to play music. My mom wanted a smaller number and just a sleepover because we really can't afford much, but I figure that all we really have to buy is food, and I was thinking when it gets dark we can pile into the basement and watch a movie.

How does this sound to you guys? Do you think it could use anything else? Or any other ideas? Any suggestions would be great! I just want this to be enjoyable and within my budget.

Answer
Hey! congrats on the sweet sixteen. i have planned budget parties for me and my best friend combined every year since i turn 15 (i will be 18 this year). this year will be the ultimate. we keep our budget about $50 or less (trust me, this is an incredible feat) and this year, there's gonna be about 70 people (no typo. as in SEVENTY). trust me girl, you can do this too. 70 may be way too much for you but you can at least do 20-30 for a good sized crowd, not too much for your mom to handle either, all while staying in your budget.

here's how you do it:
- decorations = $0. that's right. don't pay for decorations. you're playing in big girl territory at 16. we're not 7 anymore. no balloons. all you need if you want a pinch of pizazz, grab those christmas lights and tastefully light up the place

-food = very little. start the party at about 7PM. this is late enough that people are not going to come hungry. obviously you need some, i mean, when was the last time you went to a party with no food? never. get some chips (not too much. chips aren't a big seller). the big seller (surprise, surprise) veggie and fruit trays! don't buy them pre-made. that's a ripoff. get some fruit and vegetables at the grocery store and cut it up, and put 'em on plates. people love this option (i'm a chip girl myself, i don't get it).

- drinks = max $20. again, a word of advice from past experience, pop doesn't go. what does? BOTTLED WATER. head to costco or ALDI (definitely visit aldi, it will blow your mind!). pick up a few cases. wanna mix it up? buy those little crystal light drink mix powder packets, the single servings. you want pop? go for it. but be super prepared for extras.

- cake = $2. have your mom, or do it yourself, make the birthday cake.
trust me. YOU WANT A CAKE! you can't have a party with out the cake. cake mix at aldi is $.89 and frosting is even cheaper.

- music = $0. never a dj, always an ipod. its a great idea. everyone can change the song to what they want, and people will have a blasty-blast!

girl, if you can pull this off, you will be a savvy party planner!

you can do it!

Does anyone have any tips on how to feed and cloth a large family? I have 9 children and I need advice!?

emmarose

We live on a tight budget. Can anyone who has a big family give me some of your tips about penny-pinching ideas. How can you afford clothing? What is your monthly food bill? Any advice is good advice for me! Thanks so much!

Answer
You can get school clothes for the kids to grow into after the season ends and they go on clearance sale.
Yard sales for summer clothes, play clothes, bicycles and things like that.
I grew up in a family of nine, we ate a lot of beans and beef stew, spaghetti, things we could make large amounts of that were healthy but economical. Chrismas our main gift was a group thing like a trampoline or something all could use then a little personal gift.
We shopped at costco or places we could buy all toiletries and food in bulk so it cost about half of the regular price grocery stores.
We went to day old bread stores for all the cookies and goodies for sack lunches and of course bread. We bought extra for the freezer to stalk up when they had a lot of the things we used.
We clipped coupons and once a month took all our glass cans and plastic to a recycling center and redeemed them for cash.
We did all our wash in cold water unless it was rank and used a clothesline to dry them.
I don't remeber the food budget but it wouldn't be relevent because I am middle aged now.

37 weeks pregnant what is going on....?

raulsbabym

well im 3 cm dilated and 75% as checked on monday and my doctor has set my date to be induced for the 11th of june.... the last couple weeks i have had consistent contractions really painful that start from my back and shoot to my lower pelvic region...but today i had a sharp knife type feeling in my vagina that hurt so bad then i felt a bunch of pressure in my anal region.... when i got home i checked my panties and they were damp with clear watery liquid with a sweat type of smell(sorry tmi)maybe it is my water leaking but not sure..... but other than that my dr did tell me i wasnt going to make it to the 11th due to everything going on..... one more thing when i urinate my anal area and vaginal area are really really sore.....
my mucous plug has already been discharging for the last 3-4 weeks....and everytime i stand im hard as a rock

Answer
There would be a little more watery stuff if it was your waters leaking, it would prolly fill a pad. You are very very close now though BTW :P maybe a few days howerver, you only have 1 cm to go :D. Hit the walking path, get with your man /grins, get some rasp tea into you or bounce on a trampoline lol Jk about the last one but GL you will not go till the 11th imo but anytime now. I hated being told 'any time now' lol lol.

Sudden large amount of discharge?

Lola

Ok so as i was jumping on the trampoline the other day, i suddenly felt like a large amount of discharge came out of me, i thought it was the normal amount. Then i felt wet, and when i looked down, i had a wet spot in my jeans, as if a little bit of pee had leaked out of me. I went to the bathroom to check, and it wasnt pee, but it seemed like a gush of water mixed with normal discharge. I never had this before, is it normal?

On a side note, im pretty sure i have yeast infection, it goes away after i get my period, which is the case right now, but i get the cottage cheese like discharge again the rest of the month. Does that have anything to do with what happened to me?

Answer
This should help you decide.

Once you start puberty a white and/or clear, non-foul smelling discharge (mucous) is normal. The vagina is self-cleaning. You will also have your own 'scent' (musky) and it will smell stronger to you than to others. This same discharge increases the closer you get to ovulation and when you are sexually aroused. Trust me, you don't ever want it to go away.

Different Types of Discharge:

White: Thick, white discharge is common at the beginning and end of your cycle. Normal white discharge is not accompanied by itching. If itching is present, thick white discharge can indicate a yeast infection.

Clear and stretchy: This is "fertile" mucous and means you are ovulating.

Clear and watery: This occurs at different times of your cycle and can be particularly heavy after exercising.

Yellow or Green: May indicate an infection, especially if thick or clumpy like cottage cheese or has a foul odor.

Brown: May happen right after periods, and is just "cleaning out" your vagina. Old blood looks brown.

Different types of infections:

Signs of yeast infections:
White, cottage cheese-like discharge
Swelling and pain around the vulva
Intense itching

Signs of bacterial vaginosis:
A white, gray or yellowish vaginal discharge
A fishy odor that is strongest after sex or after washing with soap
Itching or burning
Slight redness and swelling of the vagina or vulva

Signs of trichomoniasis
A watery, yellowish or greenish bubbly discharge
An unpleasant odor
Pain and itching when urinating
Most apparent after your period

Planning a 10-Day trip, Caribbean or Kauai?

Rich

Going with my girlfriend for 10 days in May. Like the adventure of Hawaii but love the water/beaches of Caribbean (specifically Grand Cayman or Antigua) so looking for the perfect mixture of activity and relaxation.

Help! :)

Answer
I love the beaches of the Caribbean as well, especially those in the Dominican Republic! Have you and your girlfriend thought about vacationing there? One resort I think you would really enjoy is Dreams Palm Beach Punta Cana. Dreams Palm Beach is an awesome all-inclusive resort located just a short distance away from the Punta Cana nightlife. The resort offers a ton of activities and guests rave about the ocean trampoline, beach volleyball and the circus show. Besides having a gorgeous beach, the resort also boasts three swimming pools. One of my favorite things at the resort was grabbing a drink at the swim up bar and taking a break for lunch at the Seaside Grill, which is right off the beach. I can honestly say that this resort will definitely create the perfect balance of relaxation and activity. I hope this helps. Good luck planning your trip!

What does this mean? dream!?

Hello Worl

I've been having these 2 dreams lately. Do you think they are connected somehow? And what do you think they mean? My first one is me at an Amusement Park and i'm playing at these water slides and stuff that don't exist in real life because there extreme like there's a thing where you jump on it and its like a trampoline and it sends you into the air. I always end up in this maze looking for these new people I met at the amusement park. I end up finding them and we have fun again. I enjoy this dream because it's very fun. I always get happy after one of these dreams.

2nd dream:
I'm at an ocean study building. They make me go into the water. I always remember the darkness of the water before I go in. It's dark. But when I go in everythings a nice bright blue. Like in those "visit Hawaii" commercials. I usually swim around and there's cute fishes everywhere. As I get deeper the water color gets darker and I see huge whales. Killer whales and such. I start getting scared. Once it gets really dark a great white chases after me and at the last second I get saved.

I suffer from depression, if that changes things :b thanks for any help.

Answer
The ocean represents your emotions, the deeper you go in the darker the water right? It means your treading through the hidden aspects of yourself and trying to gain a hold of your emotions.

The water/park most likely represents some situation that you feel fearful of yet is probably in your best interest pursue.

I am trying to lose 23 pounds by September 1st. HELP ME!?

dsfsd

Hi guys. I'm trying to lose 23 lbs over the summer, or at least 10.

My new diet is now three square meals a day- each meal a Weight Watchers microwave diet which consists of 250 calories and 7 grams of fat. I also have a side of fruit here and there, and only drink Tap water or Lemon-flavored, 50-calorie Vitamin Water.

I'm thirteen years old.

And, I cannot ride a bike, run anywhere without getting run over by a car, jump rope(don't know how), or walk anywhere daily, really. I do, however, have a Dance Dance Revolution game(supernova), but I can only do Basic mode, which is one higher than beginner. Will I burn fat this way? How much exercise and what do I have to do to reach this goal? It's really important to me. What are some fun exercises? How much do I have to do? Any dieting tips? I WANT TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT SO BAD. This is my chance.

Help me. Give me advice, fun/effective exercises, tips to stay motivated and consistent, anything at all. Anything.
The more answers, the better! Please help me change my life.
Oh.
Age- 13 years old
Gender - female
height- 5" 5 (expected to be around 5 feet, seven inches as adult)
weight- 172 lbs

Answer
You are doing a great job! Don't forget swimming, even if you can't swim you can hang onto the ladder & kick vigorously. The water acts as super resistance. If a friend has a trampoline,it is also fun and works all major muscle groups.Walking is the best & drinking lotsa water.

One more thing too.Ask where your county's nutrional office is.Free of charge, they will design a food pyramid customed just for you for ages 18 and under.Like having a personal trainer without spending money.

Good luck and let us know if you reached your September goal!

Answer
Choosing a water trampoline or water bouncer for summer fun can be confusing as there are a lot of options out there. Choosing the perfect fit for you and your family is all about being informed on the different types of water trampolines, water bouncers and various accessories. This guide will help you find the right product for you and your needs.

Water Bouncers

Water bouncers are often mistaken for their more expensive counterpart, water trampolines. The jumping surface of a water bouncer is connected directly to the floatation part of the bouncer instead of being connected by springs thus giving it a smaller bounce. They are typically smaller than water trampolines making them easier to store and easier to set up because they require no assembly.

Connection

* Jumping surface is connected to the floatation tube, typically by interlocking nylon webbing.
* Jumping service of bouncers is NOT connected by springs.

Assembly

* Does not require assembly, only inflation.
* Inflate and anchor before enjoying.
* Anchor should be a simple D-ring anchor or any weight over 20 pounds should suffice.
* Anchor in over six feet of water to avoid injuries.

Pricing

* Bouncers usually range in size from 10 to 15 feet in diameter.
* Bouncers are generally less expensive than water trampolines and are typically under $1,000.

Water Trampolines

Inflatable water trampolines differ from water bouncers due to the fact that they can hold heavier weight loads and tend to allow to higher jumps. The added support and higher jumps are a result of the framed jump surface that is connected by springs to a frame, which is then connected to the inflation tube.

Connection

* Jumping surface of a water trampoline is connected to the frame by springs.
* Provides significantly greater weight support and higher jumping heights.

Assembly

* Some assembly required.
* Frame and jumping surface must be assembled and attached to the floatation tube once inflated.
* Anchor needs to be at least 60 pounds and should be anchored in a place without water currents.

Pricing

* It is easy to find water trampolines priced under $1,000 but they can be over $1,000 also.
* Can be as large as 25â² in diameter and as small as 11â² in diameter.
* Typically are more expensive than water bouncers.

Styles

* Rectangular trampolines are offered that range in sizes and can be up to 25 feet in length.
* Rectangular trampolines tend to be more expensive and hold tension better because of their shape.
* Circular trampolines tend to be less expensive and do not hold tension as well but they do have a sweet spot in the middle of the mat because of the tension distribution.

Safety

Safety is one of the main concerns of many people who purchase water trampolines. Children under 6 years old should not be allowed on water trampolines and children over 6 should be supervised by an adult. Life vests should be worn at all times while enjoying your water trampoline. Also, be sure to read all directions carefully and set up your water trampoline and accessories accordingly to ensure maximum safety and fun!

Helpful ideas for a lake waterpark?

Baby Shes

We are turning our lake into a fun place to go bbq on the weekends and to swim. If you were to go to a place such as this, what kind of things would you want to see? I want to get more ideas from different people, we already are getting a zipline, rope swing and a floating dock for out in the lake.

Answer
I Personally Think You Should Have A Trampoline In The Water, And Multiple Inflatables In The Water, Like Those Rock Climbing Things. Also You Should Look Into Purchasing A "Blob" Like Most Summer Camps At Lakes Have.

diet plan? Do i need to take any vitamins?

nikki

Ok, so when i was younger i hardly ate anything, i used to go days without food then binge eat and i was a healthy weight somehow, but i wasn't happy. I wouldn't eat because i thought i was fat and didn't want the people around me to see me eating so i would basically starve myself til i got home. about 3 years ago i moved onto a new group of friends who i was really comfortable around and i met my boyfriend who i am still with now, i would eat around these people but all the wrong foods and my weight soon spiraled out of control. I have tried everything, gym, diet, pills, but i can't shift the weight or maybe i give up too soon. I have a problem because i only like apples no other fruit, i don't like any veg bar potatoes and i hate all salad! I have now came up with a plan of foods that i do like to try and stick to it. here it is:

as soon as i get up i will have a cup of honey, lemon juice with hot water

for my breakfast an hour or so later i will have a yogurts or actimel

for my dinner i will choose one of the following: ham sandwich, jacket potato with beans, beans on toast, toastie, pasta with eggs and chicken.

I will allow myself to have my evening meal every night before 6pm but cut down my portion.

for a snack i will have either an apple, yoghurt, or another honey and lemon drink.

and i will drink nothing apart from water, cranberry juice, green tea and my honey and lemon drink.

I will exercise 3 times per week, on my trampoline for approx 30 mins and use my slimray on stubborn areas 3times per week.

does this seem like it could help me? i am really unhappy but find it so hard to stick to things. by allowin myself my evening meal and to stick to foods i like i feel like i would be able to stick to this plan! would it work? please help.

Answer
You haven't mentioned your age, height or weight nor how many calories you've been eating per day? The diet you propose is critically lacking in calcium and protein (and I do mean critically lacking). Without adequate calcium, you will suffer bone loss and, without enough protein, you will cause muscle-wasting - the heart is a muscle which also requires potassium to 'ignite' it. Just to introduce yourself to some foods whixh are good to begin the day with, try some Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds & topped with 1/2 cup frozen blueberries.- the darker the fruit, the more vitamins.

There are no vitamins which contain protein but you can take a calcium supplement - Citracal is less likely to upset your stomach than other forms and, if you're under age 23, you would need to have 1,800mg. a day. You should also take a mulivitamin geared for your age group (B-vit's and iron).
Honey has 65 calories per TBsp. and has no nutritional value - for 80 calories, you can have a Yoplait no-fat yoghurt or, for 75 calories, 6 oz. of 1% fat milk - both give you 18% of your daily calcium requirement. (Btw - nice to see someone else knows how to, correctly, spell yoghurt). Apples have barely any nutritional value - a 2-1/2" apple has 75 calories but 6oz. of orange juice provides 10 times the vitamin C for 75 calories and 6 oz. of cranberry juice has 85 calories but 10% less Vit. C (I do drink it often).
You really need to broaden your horizons when it comes to the foods you 'like' - it's my, educated, opinion you may have a 'borderline eating disorder' (also, a distanced opinion).

Using a trampoline is just an 'ok' choice for 'exercise' - you should consider speed-walking which is as beneficial a cardio-exercise as running / jogging -- five miles (7.5 Km) in one hour is what you should aim for - I'm 72 and do that (my mother did until she was 85). I'm 5'4" and 51 kilo's - my mother was 5'0" and 40 kilo's -- we did this 5 days a week for many years!

Breakfast IS the most important meal of the day - what is your body supposed to use as an energy source to get you through the day if you don't 'Break' the overnight 'Fast' with food? You shouldn't be eating less than 1,100 calories a day and must begin reading labels to be sure you get your adequate calcium and 45 mg. protein each day plus, at the least, 10 gms. fibre.

Breakfast: 1 cup cantaloupe cubes (65), or 1 cup halved strawberries (50) - very high in fibre (and 12 times the Vit. C of an apple + 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese (80), - or milk or yoghurt) +1 slice 100% whole-grain toast (75), with 1-1/2 tsp. butter or marg (45). (yes - the body requires some fat) = avg. 255 cals (same as kilojoules) When I have this breakfast, I add 2 slices of microwaved bacon for 50 calories (8gm protein). I'm assuming you're not in USA - Yanks don't usually have beans on toast but, as I've probably, lived in your country (Aust., NZ, or UK?) I have this with sausages and have my toast with butter & Vegemite (not keen on Marmite) plus gooey cheese! You may want to consider having a hard-boiled egg as part of your diet (77 cals and 6 gm. more protein).

Your dinner choices sound ok - but suggest you have the ham sandwich only twice a week and for another sandwich filling, how about cooking a 5 oz. boneless chicken breast which will do you for 2 sandwiches? If you would, normally, use butter on this, you might want to try Hellman's (same as Best Foods) mayonnaise mixed with some ketchup - similar to a Marie dressing or mixed with a bit of Dijon mustard (very good). If you wrap it in foil with a bit of garlic, lemon juice & parsley, it will have a nice flavour (be careful to not overcook it - toaster oven at 375 for 18-20 mins.).The half a chicken breast will give you 20gm protein which is almost half what you require (45gm) in a day.

As a snack, a nectarine (or some berries or more yoghurt) - remember to have some berries each day as they're so good for you with High Vit. C). Whatever you choose will be near 65 to 80 calories.

Again, pasta, isn't a good source of much and rice has zero of most everything but, you might want to try a whole wheat pasta -- I have a whole-wheat linguine in my pantry which I, really like with->
roasted asparagus, sauteed mushroom slices, a bit of diced Canadian bacon and 'smoked mozzarella' (a few small cubes of smoked Gouda might go well in this if you cvan't find smoked mozzarella - cook pasta, roast asp. & saute mushrooms using 1 tsp. butter to 2 tsp. olive oil (the good-for-you-fat component).then add bacon to the mushrooms for a minute. I put all back into the pasta pan. add the cheese & put the lid on for a few mins. to melt the cheese - this is very Yummy! Your dinner = 340 to 380 cals. on average.

Evening meal - 3 oz. beef or 4 oz. chicken(200 cal each) with 1/2 cup mash (made with whole milk & butter = 120) and 1 cup green veg (spinach, green beans = 35). After dinner, 1 yoghurt or a piece of fruit (or 1 Lemon Crisp

trampoline and pool games?

gymnastttt

what are some fun trampoline and pool games ?

Answer
Crack the Egg: The child who is the "egg" sits in the middle of the tramp and holds their knees close to their chest with both arms. The other children jump and try to make the "egg" let go of their legs.

Snake: Have one person move a jump rope back and forth over the surface of the trampoline. The other children try to jump over the jump rope without it touching them. Whoever gets touched becomes the person who moves the jump rope.

Sprinkler Fun: Put a sprinkler under the center of the trampoline; turn it up so the water just touches the surface of the trampoline. Have your kids put on their bathing suits and sunscreen and enjoy getting wet.

Add-on: All of the children sit on the pad in a row. The first child does a trick on the trampoline. This could be as simple as jumping three times, splitting their legs in the air, or more difficult such as a flip. You could not allow flips if all those participating cannot do them.

The second child does the first child's trick, and then adds one of his or her own. The third child does the first and second trick and then adds his or her own. This continues down the line with each child adding a trick.

If a child forgets a trick or the order, they are out. The game continues until all but one child is out.

Seat Bounce: Each child has to follow the pattern of bounce, seat drop (on their bottom), bounce, seat drop, etc. The first person to mess up the pattern loses the game.

Follow the Leader: This game is great for young children. One person is the leader and everyone else has to copy what they do.

Bounce-A-Lot: Have contests to see who can do the most seat drops in a row. OR Start with one seat drop, jump, then two seat drops, jump, then three seat drops, jump, and see if anyone can get to ten seat drops in a row.

Those are some fun trampoline games...I don't know how old the people are that would be jumping on the trampoline, so those might be a bit childish..

Can someone help me find these online games? (or something similar)?

There are two games I'm looking for. Both were free and on-line. One is a diving game-I believe it was created in a foreign country. You had a diver who jumped off a platform and did as many tricks as possible and tried to hit the water head first. I believe the name of the game started with a K and I've looked, but cannot find it. Also, I think there was quite a bit of bright pink on the title screen.

Also, I'd like to find a gymnastics game on-line-not the trampoline one on CBC games-I've played it quite a bit. I used to play one with uneven bars-if someone could find something like that, I'd appreciate it.

Answer
the diving game was made in the early 90s I remeber playing it on an XT PC, it was fun

I don't remember its name but check the site in the source I downloaded a lot of games from it for free and it has a lot of the Old Dos games you might be lucky to find the one you're looking for, Its categorized so it will be easy to find it hopefully.

All you got to do is register in the site and it has instruction on how to download the games

good luck

PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP! I LOVE U IF U CAN HELP

Answer
Get your trampoline wet and jump aroud YOU JUMP SUPER HIGH . then u can play some volley ball i think you should rent a dunk tank from a web sight or a HUGE slippin slide those are super fun. Then got lots of water guns and games that involve wet from target or something. I have this thing where you put a water ballon in the ball ting pass it around then all of a sudden it pops and who ever has it gets splashed. Maybe with the Water guns you can get chairs and garbage cans and tjhings like that to hide behind then you can get water ballons and have a water gun and balloon war.

What is the difference between a water trampoline and a water bouncer? 10 points for best answer!?

gymnast

I want to buy a water trampoline and was wondering the difference between a water trampoline and a water bouncer. I am a competitive gymnast and need a lot of bounce. My budget is tight. I do not want to spend over $400 dollars. Can you tell me which one is cheaper. Thanks for your help! it would be very helpful if you include links.

Answer
I swear I answered like 10 of these exact questions. A few by you. I don't get it. Why are you posting the same question over and over again? Anyway...

Q: What is the difference between a water trampoline and a water bouncer?

A: A water trampoline and a water bouncer have a few distinct differences. Water bouncers tend to be smaller, less expensive and also do not produce as high of jumps. This is because water bouncers have netting that is attached directly to the inflation tube whereas water trampolineâs netting is attached by springs to a frame which allows for higher bouncing and can support heavier weight loads.

Water trampolines and bounce platforms look very similar and indeed are similar. Both water trampolines and bounce platforms are have a bounce surface and both can be used for hours of fun. Attachments are offered for both water trampolines and bounce platforms. Attachments can include slides, logs and ladders. Water trampolines have a bounce surface supported by a steel frame and trampoline springs, bounce platforms have jump surface supported by a spring-less interlocking webbing connected from the floatation tube to the jump surface. Water trampolines can hold more weight and will have a higher jump compared to a bounce platform.

Bounce platforms are a great family recreational product and costs less then a water trampoline. It will support a good amount of weight and will provide a short bounce. Generally a bouncer will not require any assembly other then inflating and anchoring. A water trampoline requires assembling the framed jump surface. This will take about 30 minutes additional set-up time. Because of these differences water trampolines are generally higher priced then bounce platforms.

Water Trampoline?

Elime22

Can you actually jump on them like a normal trampoline or are they just like a platform to sit on? How much is a decent price? Do you have one?--If you could go back, would you get one or not?

Answer
you can jump, but since its on water when it starts moving its kind of hard to keep your balance
its also hard to get back on mine when your in the water but its not impossible
i paid 350 for mine but the ones where you can get add ons can go past a thousand dollars
yes i do have one and if i could go back i probably would not buy another one but instead just use the money for jet ski gas

you could get one and if it doesn't work out you could always try to take it back for a refund
