Answer
If you want to lose weight you just have to commit to yourself that you are going to try and put 110% of effort into it. You will have to find time within the days just to begin losing weight. If you aren't 110% into it then you should just stop right here. If you are then congratulation into trying to lose weight. You want to do cardio, exercise, eat right, and get fit. You will be worn out and drained of energy sometimes but it is worth the time at the end. I would begin with the mornings. Once you wake up, eat breakfast and do some cardio. Then at the end of the day, you can do some exercises.

13 birthday ideas!>> Help!?

I'm turning 13 soon and I want an amusement park party. I don't know if that's a good idea. I could have it anywhere as long as it's under $300. I don't want bowling laser tag or anything like that. I can't afford a hotel. I don't have a trampoline or pool. So I'm pretty much at a loss. Please help! Oh yeah my b-day is in June. I live in PA. Thx in advance!â¥Littlebitâ¥

Here's what I would do:
I'd get a popcorn machine, pretzels/nachos/some other salty snack, hot dogs/burgers, arrange some simple games (bean bag toss, basketball shoot, etc) some sweets (doughnuts, cookies, cupcakes, etc), and get some sort of water related fun item, such as a Slip 'N' Slide or even a hose and some buckets. It's cheap, it's fun, and it's a carnival right in your very own backyard! If you want to do the basketball toss and you don't have a basketball net, use a hula hoop or a laundry basket. You can also make it very carnival, with a big top (your backyard), people in costumes, tricks with pets or people dressed as pets, and you as the ringmaster! You can pass out tickets and pass out prizes for the games, such as an extra slice of pizza/cake, another go at a game, or the best prize, helping clean up after the party! Good luck!
