I Know It's Unhealthy, But I Need Some Help. . .?

Kitty Whit

Okay I want to know how long it wil take to lose 30 pounds by only eating about 600 calories a day. I'm gonna do 100 crunches, 25 push-ups, and an hour of high intensity trampoline. I drink about a liter of water and take a vitamin each day. How long will I take. I'm not bulimic or anorexic. Thanks for helping! :))) Kitty

Answer
your bod holds on to fat if you dont eat enough calories, fats, etc, so u wont lose anything but muscle try a 1200 to 1500 cal diet a day eat lots of veggies drink lots of water do at least and hour of modorate intensity cardio a day every day with 1 down day. increase the intensity every week or so. you could starve your self to death if u do ur plan. your body needs calories and fats in it so its able to burn it sound weird but it's true. its like you need electricity to make electricity u need calories to burn them just eat really healthy and work out

What is the safest way to land when falling from great heights?

Here's the scenario:

Imagine you're in a cargo plane, and that plane is flying about a thousand feet high up. You are in the cargo part of the plane, and that big door on the back of the plane accidentally opens. You fall into the sky immediately without a parachute. Nothing else from the cargo plane falls out, just you. There are no lakes, no soft long grass to catch you when you fall, anything. All there is underneath you is hard concrete (near the concrete is a phone booth where you could call 911, if you survive). There is no time for you to look for other places to land and hope to put your weight into its direction. You have to land onto the concrete...

So, in this type of scenario, what is the safest way to land? Will you even survive at all? I've seen a movie before that shows a guy jumping off from what looks like about 3 or 4 floors up, and lands on snow. He landed right on his feet, and the impact caused the bones from his leg to literally shoot out his skin. Considering the fact that you are falling from a thousand feet high up, you wouldn't want to do this. That much impact could absolutely break your legs and spine. I was thinking of landing on your butt (if you're a guy, you'd probably land on your balls, too so cheers to not having children), and I couldn't figure out anything wrong with this idea, other than possibly breaking your whole pelvis. So the thing is, you don't want to hurt your head, the front part of your upper body (because that's where most of your organs are), or your spine.
**You can't land on the phone booth. There's like 50% you'll miss, 25% you'll kind of hit it hard, but you'll still fall on the concrete, 20% you'll hit it completely, but you hit it with your head or spinal first, then 5% of actually surviving.**

If you absolutely can't survive that, how about falling somewhere softer? Like, grass, a car, a lake, as long as it's something you see out there everyday, and that doesn't include a big soft mattress or a bouncy trampoline.

Get creative but logical.

Answer
Alright well.

While falling out of a plane, you will accelerate very quickly, to survive you must slow down, to reduce impact.

1. open up arms and legs to increase surface area and friction.

2. Land on back.

While slowing down your inevitable death, you might wana take time to scream and glide around with your arms open.

If you were to survive. On a serious note. landing on soft water, in a vertical position. is good.
