can our neighbors sue us if their kids get hurt on our water trampoline?

my mom bought a water trampoline this summer. after a couple of days of having it out there the neighbor kids asked if they could play on it. we didnt want to be jerks and said yes, but only once. now they just go on it when ever they feel like it. we are not even friends with our nieghbors. weir not mean either, but its not a very good relationship. if one of their kids or some other idiot comes and gets hurt on the dang thing will we get sued? and yah i know people can sue over anything, but will my family be most likely to win? oh and could someone tell me how i should say i dont want youre kids jumping on our trampoline?
technically the trampoline isnt on our land. its like a sidewalk in a residential area in front of your house kind of deal, only its water. i dont know if that helps the case.
will getting them to sign a waiver do anything? my grandpa is a lawyer and i havent asked him yet, but ill start on here first.

Of course you can. Your parents are 100% liable for anyone who gets hurt on it. There is no way in hell your parents would win if there really is an injury.
