Im really unfit i never exercise so me and my sister made up our own little exercise group at home. What can we do? We have scooters, a tennis ball with 2 tennis rackets and a trampoline.

I gave birth to my baby and i am still so overweight. My weight is 195 and im 5'7. I really want to lose at least 30 pounds in a months. So any ideas? I know i have to exercise and drink lots of water but any diets or teas to lose weight?
