Answer
I was on this cruise at the end of June, 2007. You can read my review if you like (it is about 13 type written pages long) ...

I also was on the western itinerary. This was my second time on this itinerary. I did the same itinerary on the Navigator of the Seas in August 2004.

Monday is a day at sea. Your first port is Labadee on Tuesday. This is a private beach owned by Royal Caribbean (RCI). It is a good day to just relax on the beach. The small kids land based water park (Lucâs Splash Bash) was free. The bigger Aqua Park is water based and costs $15 for 50 minutes. There are water trampolines and a water see-saw and plastic icebergs for climbing. There are also Wave Runners, but it is a follow the leader type excursion. There are many other things to do, but I recommend just relaxing at the beach and enjoying the day.

If you are adventurous, then try the 500 foot high, 2600 foot long zip line that goes over the water. Sign up for this online, as it is very popular and might be sold out by the time the ship sails.

Wendesday is spent at Ocho Rios. The street vendors can get a little pushy in Jamaica, so be prepared. As you walk away from the dock on your right is the Island Village Shopping Center (just like a mall in the United States). To the left is a very nice beach. It is nice because the street vendors are not allowed in. I was there in August 2004 and it cost $1 to get in. The sand was more like powder. I also did the river tubing, which was fun. In June 2007 we went to Dunn's River Falls. That was hard work, but it was also a lot of fun.

Thursday is spent in Grand Cayman. Like Labadee, this is a tender port (the ship docks in Ocho Rios and Cozumel) which means you take a smaller boat from the ship to the dock. Allow extra time for this.

Both times I went to Grand Cayman I went to Stingray City. For some reason I just really like feeding the stingrays. Seven Mile Beach is just north of the tender dock and is a world class beach. The turtle farm is also popular. Grand Cayman is also well known for its scuba diving.

Friday is Cozumel. It seems to have fully recovered from the hurricane that hit it two years ago. In August 2004 I swam with both a dolphin and a seal. In June 2007 we did some kayaking and snorkeling. Both were fun (though I enjoyed feeding the stingrays more than swimming with the dolphin and seal).

Finally Saturday is another day at sea.

The ship is huge!. Two days at sea are not enough time to fully explore the ship. I did not go on the Flowrider (the surf thing). Unfortunately the Flowrider is not open all day, which limits the number of people who can enjoy it, since it cannot handle as many people in an hour as say the mini water park (H2O Zone) or ice skating (both of which are also available on the ship).

Other activities include the pools (separate from the H2O Zone) rock climbing, miniature golf and people watching in the Royal Promenade. There are also several lounges and an adults disco.

This ship is also great for teens because of the Living Room (a place for the teens to hang out with other teens) and Fuel (the teen disco with a soft drink bar). These two areas are exclusively for the teens (no little kids and no parents).

I recommend you take a look at the central promenade (which is on deck five) from one of the balconies between the elevators on decks six, seven or eight - and be prepared to be Wowed!

It is a great ship that has a lot to offer. Unfortunately one week is not long enough. My favorite excursion is Stingray City on Grand Cayman. My favorite island is Labadee because it is a great place to just relax. I am sure you will have a great time on this ship.

What should I be worrying about?

Keyhew

Well I'm overweight and I lost about 20 pounds in the summer just from jumping on the trampoline. But I've gained some back about 5-7 pounds, and I'm really self conscious about my stomach.
So much, I've suffered with depression and self harm last year.
To which I am still suffering with anxiety.
My teeth are also quite bad. I have an extra tooth higher than all my other teeth. (I got caps when I was younger, and they really f'd up my teeth) We don't have to pay much money to get braces. I can get some but I'm too afraid. But im not very self conscious about my weight.
My breasts are quite small but I don't really worry about that anymore, since I've gained weight again.
My legs. Well my thighs are big and so are my calves and I really love my legs, but I think I'd love them more if they were smaller. But most of my family is big boned. Like my doctor said it's not all fat, it's just being big boned.

Now that its the winter, I can't really do much activity besides in-home treadmill running. But it's a really old version with just a dial, so that sucks!
And I don't like the idea of people watching me work out, so the idea of going to the gym is not even in mind.
I watch what I eat. If we go out to eat, I try to order off of the kid's meal as much as I can, but being 14 and looking like an adult is quite hard.
I am also very self conscious about my face. Whenever it is around the time that I get my period, I break out A LOT! And it really bothers me, especially when school pictures come around..
Also my shoulders. I hate my shoulders. They're so broad and ugh. I just hate them!

Please don't judge me.

But what should I really be worrying about? My legs, teeth, face, stomach, shoulders, breasts? please tell me!

Answer
Legs: wear boot-cut jeans, I believe this will help your legs look almost all the same size. For now, just keep doing what you're doing with the work outs and diet.

Teeth: Buy something called Invisalign. This is supposed to help straighten your teeth as well. And don't worry, I have sort of the same problem. One of my teeth are pushed farther back than what it's supposed to be and I often bite my tongue. Ouch. :(

Face: Use a foundation on your face during the breakout times of your period. This will help just a little bit. But washing your face will also help. Also, for a nicer solution, go to youtube and look up SecretLifeOfABionerd and see her Asprin Toner. It takes the redness away from acne and makes your face smoother, and it's 100% safe! My friend and I tested it out. It's good. :)

Stomach: Like I said, just keep doing what you're doing and work out. Scrunches will also help burn stomach fat. At 14 years old, you should be between like 70-90 lbs, I'm not sure. (I've always been light because I've had high metabolism all my life :/ )

Shoulders: There's nothing you can really do about your shoulders. You can try wearing shirts that make your shoulders look thinner, like feathered or draped sleeved shirts. I don't know if turtle necks would make it look better or worse, but you're just going to have to deal with the shoulder thing more or less. :/ I guess it comes with being big-boned.

Breasts: Not to worry! I have small breasts too, and I'm 19 years old haha! But honestly, if you're that worried about them, you could massage them lightly in the shower that should make them a bit bigger over time. And with every period, your breasts do get a tad bigger, believe it or not. So that's one good thing. (A hormone is released during this time that causes water retention!) Also, you can buy a push-up bra that will make your boobs look bigger! No one has to know what kind of bra you wear so you don't have to tell anyone.

Overall: I think that one day you will just come into acceptance with yourself as a human being. One day, you won't mind your small breasts or your broad shoulders. If you WANT to make a change in your lifestyle with the way you look physically, then that's all it takes to make that change. Usually, your need to do so will be quite enough to spark a need to carry out your plans. :) I hope this helps. Take care. â¥
