Can anyone reccommend a good kid freindly beach destination in the southeast?

I am trying to figure out were to go on vacation this year I know I want to go to the beach but to one that is not overcrowded, and it needs to be kid friendly and affordable in GA, FL the southeast

Clear Water Beach Florida was rated one of the best FAMILY beaches in the US.

At nights they have a festival on the pier where your kids can get their faces painted, watch performers with fire, theres usually a monkey and lots of fun crafts to look at and buy.

They also put up trampolines and those big inflatable slides (it looks like a shark)

Plus in the summer the ocean water is insanely warm

ok now my sis has her birthday when everyone has the ned of the year pool parties. now i need to know how to make it the best ever because one time everyone ditched her party to go right across the street to where her ex friend had her pool party and she cried all day. i cannot let that happen so i need some ideas plz plz help me
