Answer
Consider planning a scavenger or treasure hunt. You can design one yourself or you can purchase one. Check out http://www.mastersofthehunt.com/buy-a-scavenger-hunt.php for hunts that are professionally designed with cool graphics. They can all be customized for your location, time frame, etc. Many to choose from for different age groups.

You could also have a sand sculpture contest. Bring sand shovels and different shaped containers for people to pack sand in. Bring squirt bottles and food coloring so you can maked colored water to spray on the sand to make designs. Have everyone vote and give a prize to the best one.

Will I lose weight? About how long will it take? I'm 13?

Answer
This diet does not seem to have enough calories for someone your age considering your height and weight.
You will lose weight, but you will most definetly be malnurished which can lead to a large amounts of medical problems.
You should always base every diet on carbs. Also, 4 glasses of water is not enough. You should drink about 2 liters of water so you don't become dehydrated from all that working out (about 10 glasses depending on your glass size)
Please consult a health-instructor or nutritionist before going on any extreme diets.
The government's website is a very good place to find information on weight loss and healthy ways to do it. They also have a calorie tracker.
The best way to lose weight is to gain muscle. Eat between 1200-1500 calories per day with 60% coming from carbs (bread, pasta, cereal), 20% from protein (lean meats, nuts, beans), and 20% from healthy fats (olives, avacados, fish, egg-whites). Excercise your largest muscles (leg muscles) first since they are the largest and will burn the most calories. And get plenty of rest (your body can not heal and build muscle if you aren't getting enough uninteruppted sleep).
Also, ask your parents before you start any exercise programs to see what advice they have. The best diets are not the quick ones. The quicker you lose weight, the more likely it is just water weight or muscle weight. Good weight loss (by burning fat) generally takes longer since it is actually much lighter than muscle or water.
