Neither my husband nor I use our swimming pool in SoCal and it's expensive to maintain. Would any harm be done if we drained it, maybe covered it, and built a deck over it? Could a future owner reclaim the pool if they wanted to?

Answer
Be sure leaves, rats, & snakes can't enter to make a home
in the void.
Also would need a sump pump to take care of water accumulation. Don't want a mosquito breeding area.
And yes it could float up while sitting empty.
Another option would be a solid winter cover, looks like a trampoline.

What is the natural way to treat the tonsillitis or what i am to do?

Itachi Nin

i have a tonsillitis its really hurt aw.

Answer
Tonsillitis can be very frustrating. The tonsils are part of the lymphatic system in our body. As we age, they dissolve away, but are there for a reason. The lymphatic system does not have a pump like the circulatory system (has a heart) and so it relies on movement and a type of one way valve to move the lymph out of the body. The lymph contains lots of garbage, but when you have an infection somewhere in the body, you can get tonsillitis. The "itis" at the end of the word indicates infection.

Please understand that most drugs are designed to block something, suppress the immune system, etc. to achieve the result. This is contrary to healing, but we have come so dependent upon the idea that taking a pill to relieve pain is good that we seem to have forgotten that our bodies are designed to do the healing, but in many cases not without some discomfort.

Supporting your immune system to allow it to do it's job, changing your diet to support good health, will go a long way to keeping you from getting this problem in the future. Doctors treat symptoms with drugs and do not understand nutrition or how to build good immunity, etc. Antibiotics, vaccines, and drugs all tear down the immune system. That is not health building.

One thing that can really help the tonsillitis is to gargle with salt water. Salt binds to the germs and helps remove them from the throat. Coconut oil is also wonderful to take because it contains lots of caprylic and capric acid that kills virus, bacteria, and fungus. You can also put hot packs of castor oil on your throat. Get some castor oil and apply it to the outside of your throat and then put hot wash clothes on that until it gets cool and repeat for about 1/2 hour.

If you have a rebounder (small trampoline), you can get on that for about 20 minutes and on your toes, jump on it (don't have to get air), but just enough to move the ankles back and forth. That causes the lymph to flow and will help your body remove the toxins causing the problem.

EDIT: Great suggestion ANNIE.

good luck to you
