Answer
First, practice practice practice jumping small, simple, straight jumps. Get your takeoff nailed down so you can do it in your sleep. Then move on to larger jumps that give you more air time so you can work up to tabletops or whatever else you want to try.

Second, and this should be first.....get a good hardshell or fullface helmet and think about full padding for your elbows, knees, and shins.

I've seen people practicing their aerials by taking an old bike, removing the wheels, derailleurs, chainrings, and pretty much everything but what is needed to hold it all together. They super-pad everything and put axles or something between the dropouts so they won't bend, and then get on a large trampoline. I've also seen giant, deep foam block pits that are made with a steep jump just so people can practice.

If the water is warm where you are, get an absolute beater bike from a garage sale or pawn shop and make some lake jumps. A bunch of guys around here set those up in the summer. I haven't done it but it looks like a blast! Also looks like a good way to get hurt if something goes wrong, but they usually ditch the bike before the hit they water.

I need some awesome fun radial sleepover activity ideas becuase its gona be awesome and rock, yeah!?

Answer
You should get some of those blow up sumo suits, put them on, and tackle each other!
You could get a giant inflatable soccer ball and toss that around.
If you have a trampoline, hold a contest to see who can bounce the longest.
Have a water fight.
Have a race around the neighbourhood.
Have a scavenger hunt.
