My friend and I are trying to think of good date ideas for her and her new boyfriend, but she doesn't like the idea of bowling, picnic, mall, he doesn't like rollerskating, and she doesn't want to go to the movies again. Please give any ideas you can think of for teenage newly dating couples.

How do I get back on track with my eating and exercise habits?

That´s right-my new year´s resolution is to have better eating and exercise habits, but I need help.
Should I make a chart to assist me, or do you have other advice? Both my husband and I have gained weight since marrying last May.

Try to vary your diet and makesure it consists of carbohydrates (Pasta and cereal), Protein (steak eggs quorn)
Fat (red meats,crisps), Water, fibre (wholemeal bread,grains) and vitimins and minerals (fruit,fish)
Change your lifestyle-by making sure you go long runs, swimming, even going on a trampoline !, going to the gym, or just a walk in the park. i would make a chart to help you get into the swing of things. It should manage exactly what you eat and snack on.
You will have to make sacrifices, but i'm sure it will be worth it !!
