Ok well skool starts in a week and i need to loose as much weight as possible. I was thinking of just living off of water and ice and tons of excersize for a week. That means not sugars, carbs, calsium, nothing.Help!

Well heres a couple diets I got online that might work and they last like a week or so. It also depends how much you want to lose first here is the....Remember dont starve yourself all you need to do is cut down on food. Try this diet here...
3 Day Diet
The 3-Day Diet focuses on mixing certain types of foods that supposedly create a specific metabolic reaction in your body. The chemicals are supposed to boost your metabolism and help you burn fat at a higher rate than usual. The diet only lasts for 3 days and should only be repeated after taking four to five days off. The specific portions need to be followed by the book, or you may not achieve the results that the creators of the diet claim are possible.
A Very Regimented Meal Plan
Breakfast on the first day begins with coffee (no sugar), one half a grapefruit, and a piece of toast with 1 Tbsp peanut butter. For lunch, you are allowed a can of tuna, a piece of toast, and black coffee. Dinner consists of 3 ounces of chicken or lean meat, a cup of green beans, one cup of carrots, one apple, and one cup of regular vanilla ice cream. The other two days of the diet are relatively similar in meal quantity, though the specifics change, e.g. Day 2 recommends two beef franks for dinner in place of three ounces of lean meat. The diet claims that weight loss of 10 pounds is achievable over the 3 days...
Um. You can also try going vegeterien for the week only fruits and vegetables and try to just drink water.
Now for exercise::
You can try walking/Jogging or Running: Try to walk a mile or two a day.
Sometimes I bike to the mall and then spend all day shopping and walking in the mall all day its fun and it helps lose the weight.
You can go swimming, its good for your arms and thighs, and its a lot of fun.
I also suggest you try these work out video's you can buy at a video store, they last for about an hour.
You can do these other exercises whenever you get the chance like...
-Push ups
-Sit ups
Berpis: Jump go in a push up position and then you got back to your feet but remember dont bend your knees.
Running up and down the stairs is a good work out for short term time.
Just plain jumping rope for 2 minutes.
You can jump on a trampoline lots of fun while working out..love doing that.
Remember water try 6 glasses a day I dont like the taste so I buy flavored.
Schools starting so you probably want to freshen up your look, if so I suggest you have a pamper yourself day right before school..You can invite a bunch of friends over. . .
-brush teeth (im sure you already do.. lol)
-take a long bubble bath.
-Have breakfast (Something healthy)
-Look threw your draws and pick an outifit for school the next day.
-Pick some Jewelery to go with the outifit.
-And then figure out how your going to do your makeup and hair.. for makeup try the smoky eye look thats my favorite. Search it up in video's at xanga if you don't know how.
lunch (Again, something healthy)
Iron your outfit so theres no wrinkles in it.
Apply lotion to hands feet and body.
Bucket full of hot water for your feet
Apply a mud mask
Paint your nails and foot nails.
pluck eyebrows
look in magazines
watch a chick flick
dance
&&
You can do a work out video, so your still following your plan.
This is just some stuff thats fun to do before you start school again. I know this has nothing to do with loosing weight but you will look good for school.

to loose weight you don't have to do something big, says you need to go to the mall or to the movies with friends. Instead of asking for a ride go for the walk..
I also suggest this other diet if I havn't mentioned it its the one week diet I find my diet stuff on here www.thedietchannel.com it gots a ton and even has a fitness section, for exercise.
How much weigh do you need to loose?, I think you can loose a lot if you exercise 2 hours a day and you can eat breakfest (thats a must, it helps make your food burn faster) Lunch and Dinner small portiens instead of eating what you would usually eat, just eat half.

Yes, this is natural with the G-Forces you experience while jumping. While they are not great, its enough to push things in the downward direction as you spring against the trampoline. Like the other person stated that they need to go without clothes on, while tragic things can happen. Just be prepared for it. Hopefully that person keeps a hose handy. Another option is to put your trampoline in the water or better yet buy one of those water trampolines like these:
